First - shipping has caused scratches to the area where you remove the film, under the film and parts are scuffed on edges that are visible. The instructions are pretty much non legible, no words and images were very hard to make out what pieces go where or what step was next. Reminded me of ikea instructions but worse, sorry to say. It took over 4 hours to put together, and once we were done I have to say the photos are deceiving, the tv unit is extremely small so close to the ground and pretty tiny, it looks like a miniature image of the ones shown in the description. Also the drawers, we did them correctly mind you the photos were so bad we had to look at the photo online to see where the parts go but we got it but they still hang down a little. The doors don’t have loose screws the doors when closed just end up hanging and loose we just can’t figure it out. It’s kind of sad because we were going to go else where to get our tv stand,we’ve been shopping around for a while but this one caught me and my fiancés eye but man the disappointment, the customer service during shipping was great very nice but the item itself not worth the money and we would honestly love to send it back but there’s just no way we see ourselves taking it a part, mt fiancés wants to try and sell it and get another one that’s how much he doesn’t like it; mind you our living room is smaller than the one in the images and it still looks too small for the area, it looks like it would be nice in a kids room but how low it is I don’t even know if that would suffice. Sorry I just had to be honest because I wish there was an honest and actual review to read prior to purchasing that would have saved us the time and money. Last but not least, the remote for the lights is very hard to use, we placed lights like photo on paper showed but you have to really move your arm around to find the spot where the remote connects with the light to change it or turn it off. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Horrible instruction, had to take apart three times. There’s plastic something we still don’t know where it goes. The door doesn’t open, the mechanism doesn’t work. So you have to pry it
