It’s quite tall and you can fit lots underneath. Be warned if you have a low ceiling and/or a thick mattress. Very easily handles 200+lbs and doesn’t squeak or shake much. The parts are a little thin, especially the bars under the mattress. It’s been up for 2 months and some of the bars under the mattress are kinked. I do think it’ll stand the test of time. I bought these beds not sure what to expect. I absolutely love them and my boys are also loving them. I was apprehensive as I wasn’t sure about how noisy metal ones were when I was a kid (I am 38). My daughter absolutely loves the color. But the steps hurt her feet as they are to small (need a wider step) and the frame is pretty wobbly.

My daughter loves the bed. The pink is a perfect soft pink so it’s not too in you’re face. The bed is nice and tall so she able to stand under it and have a homework/ craft space with no issues while she grows. The bed has some movement to it but is very sturdy with little to no noise . I’m able to climb in and read my daughter bedtime stories with no fears. The time to put it together was around 40 mins and easier with two people since the pieces are awkwardly long.
