Shipping was fast and on time. Product was as described. Assembly took around an hour to an hour and a half, instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The bed sits lower to the ground than expected. Initially, I thought the frame was gonna be lower to the floor. However, I was surprised because the frame is actually taller. I have a lot of space to store items under my bed. It took us 3 1/2 hours to install the frame. It may have taken us a little longer because I misunderstood the instructions a few times..lol. The instructions are easy to read and understand. The tools and equipment are all labeled (which is great!). I recommend two or more people when installing this frame. Overall, the frame is great. I love the LED light and charging ports. My kids won’t get out of my bed because they like the LED lights too 😂 ... show more
