I absolutely loved my first ikier 36 watt so much so that I bought a second one. Boy was that a mistake. Half the power as the first, grinds and sticks. Waste of money.

My husband had a smaller one then we got this one. It does so much better and deeper and very versatile. I'm glad he got t he hot box for all the smoke it makes, it needs it.

Very happy with the laser. Easy setup and works great. Had a coupon for free cover and I messed up on the order. Customer service was prompt at looking into it and we received it.

There are many features of this laser that are impressive, but I want to highlight some of the negatives to temper the expectations. First, the Ultra comes mostly assembled. You only need to add the x-axis component and mount the laser. Unfortunately my unit had an issue with the y-axis component being installed incorrectly and I did not notice the internal left rail was dislodged until after I had run a few cuts and noticed the frame was gouging itself due to metal rubbing against metal. I was able to fix it, but there is a nice gouge along my left y-axis frame. Second, the price. I purchased on Black Friday with a 40% off coupon from its listed price of $1699. Not four days later the base price dropped down to around $1000. IKIER is not alone in essentially scamming sale prices, but just be wary and track the price to see if you’re actually getting a fair price or not. Third, IKIER’s customer service is not so great. Their email in their official website is not a legitimate email and kicked back my request for aid on the y-axis frame issue. I’m not sure if they have an actual customer service or not, but the link on their official website sends an email to a non-existent account. Not a great look. Overall it is a nice engraver; but be prepared to get information from hobbyists on how to troubleshoot as the official manuals and websites offer little besides the most basic details.

This is a precision machine. It cuts quickly and accurately. It might be slightly challenging for some to assemble, but on-line videos make it easy.

I bought my first Ikier K1 Ultra laser directly form Ikier. I had a ton of issues. Initially it had wiring issues and the manufacture sent me replacement cables requiring me to totally disasemble the unit to install it. Then I started having screws fall out form the laser module, my Autofocus and homing quite working They wanted to test the wiring, but I decided to ask them to send a replacemnt unit which the refused to do. So I did get a refund from them I then ordered one from Amazon and other quality control issues. When I asked them if it was under warenty they stated "We take care of the official website orders on our side, for your order on Amazon, please contact Amazon, they will help you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!" In other words, they will not support it. Nicely designed unit, but their Quality Control is Terrible. I WOULD NOT BUY
