Very good bed. My mother and I put the bed together in just a few hours. Everything was labeled, it came with wrenches, and was worth the money. I am 5’9” and I cannot stand upright under it without hunching a little. But I can easily lower my head to get under where I set up my desk. Having this loft bed gave me a ton of space in my room. The sturdiness is pretty good. I had never had a loft bed before so I was concerned about plummeting to my demise in the middle of the night, but I obviously survived. It wobbles a bit and sometimes makes creaky sounds that make me fear for my life, but everything ends up fine. I’m just paranoid. The guard rails are high enough to keep me and my pillows on the bed. The ladder could probably use some grip tape because if you try to climb it while wearing socks you’ll notice how slippery it gets. In summary, this is a great bed and I definitely recommend buying it. ... show more

This is a high quality loft bed. I bought two for my kids that share a room and they look fantastic. Sturdier than I expected, and probably about as sturdy as a loft bed can be, but they do wobble a bit when kids climb up the ladder. I bought my own wall anchors instead of using the included pieces, and that really helped with the wobbling once I double bolted them into wall studs. My only warning that I haven’t seen in other reviews is to wear gloves or bandaids on your fingers to avoid blisters when putting this together. The instructions are really clear and straightforward, but there are like 20,000 bolts and most of them require a hefty amount of finger tightening before using the always awkward Allen wrenches in tight spaces. I put two of these together by myself because apparently I’m bad at planning and life is pain. I used kitchen chairs to prop up the sides when it was time to assemble the larger pieces at right angles, so you could do that too, or spare yourself and wrangle some help from someone. It took me about 3 hours per bed and RIP to my fingers. Totally worth it for the end result, tho. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Product was pretty easy to assemble, I did it by myself. Make sure you look at the pieces closely when installing so you don’t have to turn them around later. It’s a bit wobbly, but I have not installed it to the wall yet.

I bought this loft bed for my 12-year old making sure it would be sturdy enough for him to feel safe up there, and I must say it's worth every penny. It took me a 2-3 hrs to put it together using the assembly manual that it comes with. All hardware, allen wrenches, bolts, etc were in the box. Not noisy at all (it's on regular carpet). Just make sure you wrap, or stick some soft material to the rungs of the ladder because they are rounded metal and feel too hard for the base of the foot ... show more

Very wobbly, sturdy/solid material but moves SO much when climbing in and out of bed & when repositioning in bed (cant bolt it to my rental wall) this also causes a lot of noise. Its loud like another reviewer wrote. Also the ladder part to climb IS painful on the feet (again another review can confirm). Very dark under there, I recommend some sort of extra lighting. …but its cute, gives the extra space needed. Does the job but i don’t know if I would recommend it. Took 2.5 hours to build. Easy to follow instructions. Extremely heavy delivery (sorry to the delivery guy) *Desk, chair, lights and bookshelf not included* ... show more

The direction were difficult to understand but he finished product has been amazing! 😍 I've had it for about 2 months and it's held up well. I wasn't sure it could stand up to our rough and tough family but it has. It moves a little but it's surprisingly quiet and very sturdy in my opinion. I would definitely buy it again. And best part is I can put a twin perfectly under it or a queen sticking out. That is a huge bonus for us and we downsized to a smaller place, but am happy to say this allowed us to still have our own spaces. The only drawback is that it's a little taller than I expected but it's still perfect for sleeping and plenty of space for a TV or entertainment area and a great place to put your toy storage too! ... show more

    • It is very difficult to climb and unsteady at the top

I could not climb the ladder comfortably, the bars hurt my feel and trying to climb over the rail was not easy when you make it to the top because it really starts getting wobbly. I put my bed under and use the top for storage.
