Working out: Main reason for the purchase. I love the microSD card slot, called TF. I inserted a 32 gb with music and it's fantastic. You can make adjustments easily from the outer headpiece. see photo. the volume easily (hold down), fwd or rev to find songs. Adjustable headphones fit my noggin' well. Use with your Computer as long as you have blue tooth. Excellent. I went to Wendy's for a frosty and to use the internet. I set up the blue tooth connection. I wanted to check the range, so I went to a you tube from inside the restaurant and then went to the restroom. The sound quality was still perfect through corridor and a closed door. Thumbs up. Use with your phone, obviously. Use can use hands free phone feature as long as it's in blue tooth format and connected to your phone. There are 3 modes. The TF/microSD card mode, FM Radio mode and Blue tooth / Phone mode. It's extremely versatile and like I said, get an 8 - 32 GB micro card and go workout, ski, walk, jog. The headphones fit well. I have 2 universal chargers, so I can plug the usb cord into the charger (doesn't come with). Otherwise, you have to plug it into your computer. I had no problems inserting the cord into the headphones. Just slide it in. Don't try to jam it in. I haven't tested the battery from full charge to full discharge but I keep it fully charged. I really don't know what more you can ask for at this price. Use with your phone, listen to FM radio or use a MicroSD card and enjoy that feature. I first loved the color of these headphones, and then I opened them and loved them even more. The material is amazingly soft and very comfortable to wear. Sound canceling and good quality sound even at the softest volume. Light weight and great that they fold too. Just got them today and already in love with them.
