Fits perfectly. We got a new stove and top was curved and spices would fall off. This works perfectly. It may look a little cracked on the sides, but it's not. Our counters are not even on both side. Very sturdy and I like the wood.

I absolutely love this shelf. It looks so good and fits perfect! Only rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because all the screws were Allen wrench type which always makes things 10x harder to put together, and I don’t like how there’s a visible screw front and center of the shelf and no type of sticker or anything to cover/conceal it. This is one of those things you didn't know you really needed until you got it. I got it because my stove does not, with the electric plug behind it, taking up space, fit up flush against the wall. Also I kept my salt and pepper on the stove. This lovely bamboo stove top shelf solved those problems and provides a place for other stuff that was cluttering up my counter. Love it.
