I’m glad I only paid $6 for this because it is not comfortable at all. I have a similar knee brace I paid $24 for on amazon which is soooo comfortable. It’s soft and feels good on and stabilizes the knee more than this one does. This one feels hard, just doesn’t feel soft on at all yet with less stability.

I’ve probably tried every knee brace on the market at this point. My knee has been messed up for 30 years now due to injuries from gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, the military, and botched surgery in 2007. Nothing really works. This knee brace was pretty helpful and would probably work really well on someone with a few less issues than I have. It definitely helped with stability and support for a while, but like most other knee braces, it started to slide off my leg after a while. It was really comfortable, but it did get pretty hot/sweaty in the triple digit Texas heat.

I got tickets for my daughter and I to see Fall Out Boy at an outdoor amphitheater and there were going to be three opening acts, all in addition to a 1.5 hour one way drive to get there. I suffer from patella femoral syndrome and was panicking about how I was going to make it though the show. I got this brace and had a few days to try it out before the show. The first time I tried it it helped little but was not as comfortable as I was hoping. The second time I tried it I actually read the instructions and did the top strap first followed by the top strap of the two smaller ones that are in the middle, then I did the bottom ones, and I got a way better fit and it was more comfortable and gave more the support I was looking for. Now, as for its performance at the concert, it went fine and was very helpful and I was glad I had it, I'd have never made it through four bands without it. I did find, however, that I got red raised marks on my legs from the squiggly silicone like things lines on the inside of the brace that are supposed to help keep it from sliding down. They took more than a week to fade and they marks were pretty embarrassing because they really were and exact match for the wavy pattern on the inside of the brace. This brace sells for only twelve bucks and for what you get this is a killer deal. I shopped around a lot before deciding on this brace, so many others I was looking at had a similar design but cost as much as twice the price, and many that cost the same as this one had none of the features this one does. This would have been five star item hands down if it were not for my having a reaction to the sticky wavy lines on the inside.
