  • So easy to use
Color: Cyan
This is such a great “radio” as my 96 yr old father calls it. The best kind of radio that only plays the music he likes with our commercials!! If you have a bunch of cds this is a fantastic option. It is easy to transfer the songs using a computer with a cd drive with the included flash drive USB and C and the 32 g memory card It is so easy to use especially since my Dad is blind the on and off button is easy to find and so is the volume switch on the side. He is thrilled with the quality of the sound. We have not used the headphone option but it is located on the back. I purchased a couple of extra memory cards to switch out the music. ... show more

  • Easy to use
Color: Red
I bought this for my dad, and it is the only electronic item he owns that he has been able to operate consistently and with confidence. It's so easy. He also loves being able to listen to the songs he likes. Yes, it's a little spendy, but 100% worth it.

  • Great product!
Color: Cyan
This is working very well for my mother who has dementia. She’s able to turn it on and off on her own and because the skip button and volume are the same color as the player she doesn’t realize they are there and doesn’t mess with it. She’s very hard of hearing and doesn’t wear her hearing aids anymore so I was worried it wouldn’t be loud enough but it definitely is. It did take me a bit to figure out that the micro chip you put into the USB stick comes INSIDE the player itself. So you have to take that out first, put it in the USB, then put the USB into your computer to put the music on it. Once on you remove the USB from your computer, remove the little micro disk from inside it and place it back in the player. I do wish there was a way to shuffle the songs songs now and then without removing the card and reordering on a computer just so I don’t have to listen to the same order all the time. Haha. But she doesn’t remember what’s coming next and loves having her music back in her life. ... show more

  • WHAT A STEAMING PILE OF JUNK!
Even if I had paid $30 for this, I would be disappointed and would have sent it back. But at over $140, I feel like I got mugged. Never mind the fact that I got it to play one time, and after I turned it off, it never made another sound. I can forgive a defective item. But this is a defectively designed item, through and through. The cheapness of construction and the fact that all the controls and ports are black on black with no light except for a tiny little blue one in the back which lights up nothing means you'll be squinting and running your hands over it every time you want to change the music or adjust volume, even in a lighted room. In a dimly lit one, you'd be no worse off if you were totally blind. The best thing about it is the sound quality, and even that fails to meet basic expectations, especially for a cabinet of these dimensions. The muddy, congested bass and dull, anemic highs had me shaking my head and saying out loud, "The profit margin on this thing must be obscene!" Ten bucks, tops. That's their build cost, I'd estimate. Netting them a gross, shameful $130 profit per turd box. Perhaps they'll find it in their hearts to spend a little of that gravy on a total redesign, and decent quality parts. If they just do the opposite of everything they did before, I'm sure their next model will be what this should have been. To close on a high note, the headphone output jack has plenty of power and drives my large studio headphones to impressive volume levels easily. ... show more

  • Simple set up, easy to use
Color: Red
Second purchase, both work very well One used at dementia facility with soft “spa music” a great attraction and appreciated by residents Second used at private residence for classical music playing softly all night

  • Great for dementia patients
Bought this for a relative who suffers with dementia. Easy for her to use, loves having the independence of turning on her music!.

  • Not great
With no ability to sort the music and buttons that aren’t visually clear to those who are older, this is definitely not worth the obscene price. But it works
