You get what you pay for, it’s a cheap replacement. Everything seems to work as it should. Took a minute to replace and is giving me no issues so far. 4 stars because the plastic feels a little cheap but we’ll see how it holds up.

First off, I knew this was the switch to end all switches when it arrived at my home. Birds softly placed it at the base of my front door and field mice fabricated a pillow to ensure it landed ever so softly. As I picked up the package, forest creatures gathered around to bask in the glory of what was inside. The package opened, with a burst of rainbow light cascading from an unknown source. I had to avert my eyes for fear of becoming blind. Heavenly music trumpeted from the mountains. What mountains, I don’t know! I would not be surprised if mountains had risen just to provide a venue for music to play. After mustering every ounce of courage I had, I reached my hand into the abyss of the unknown. My fingers grazed upon a structure of plastic origin. But not your ordinary plastic. This plastic gave off an aura that indicated it meant business. As soon as it was out of its package, I felt a tug. Through a source unseen, the switch pulled me though my home and out the back door. My arm jolted in many directions, as if looking for a long lost lover. A lover separated by the perils of war for weeks, months, years. Suddenly, my arm stopped. The switch was holding fast towards the back end of my lot. I dug in my heels, but it was of no use. This switch had one job to do, and it knew it! It seemed as if my feet never touched the ground. Before I knew it, I was on the seat of my 48” Husqvarna riding mower. The switch melded with the machine as if it was the missing page to her story. An ending befitting a princess and her prince.     • The switch enables you to back up without having to switch the key to another place.
The ignition switch for the lawnmower is as described also as others have said it seems like the switch positions are reversed in two positions, but that’s exactly what you want so you can start it and it just runs and you can back up without doing anything.
