These all work fine for now. Love all these and not very hard to change. Happy to only have to unscrew a little and the screw stays in to attach when changing attachments. WAS WORKING GOOD FOR A FEW MONTHS: THEN IT WENT OUT. COULD NOT GET IT STARTED: PURCHASED FUSES AND REPLACED AND STILL DON'T WORK. TUBES LOOK FINE: NOT SURE HOW TO FIX THIS AND NOT SURE WHERE I CAN CONTACT COMPANY TO SEE WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO REPAIR IT.

First of all, no manual. I didn't need one. The machine is a easy setup. Easy to set the temperature and the timer. A few loose screws that may need some tightening. There are some wear and tear with the swivel head, so I disassembled it and put some grease for the parts that are metal against metal. The lower press can slide in and out, but don't pull to far out or it comes out of the tracks or unless you're changing it out to to use the part for hats. Machine is pretty good for now and soon I'll make a YouTube video of this model. Just check all screws if their tight, and lubricate metal against metal areas.

I purchased this for ny wife who uses it for her sorority. We have had it over 1 month and my wife has used the heat press on over 15 garmets. It has almost paid for itself already. My wife has saved a lot of money by being able to heat press her garments herself as opposed to taking the business elsewhere. I am extremely satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it for those creative do-it-yourself individuals.

I purchased this item in July of last year (yes, it has been awhile) but my temperature gauge has gone out and now I cannot get it fixed. Basically the temp keeps rising unless it is turned off. It was not overly expensive, but I thought it would last longer than a year. The hat press did not work for all sizes and I had a difficult time using this piece of the equipment. I have not used the plate press so I cannot say how well they work.

I've had my press for about 6 months that now with regular use and I couldn't be happier with it. I haven't had any issues very very easy to use. My only complaint is the adjustment for pressure the instruction packet didn't indicate how to adjust pressure it took me a few minutes to figure it out.

I purchased this machine about 4 months ago at first it would not heat up right and the cut off then screws a and stuff would pop off. This past month it would shut off and yesterday it started to smoke and do sparks then it shut down now it wont even turn on anymore. About $200 down the drain!!
