Fits great! Prep work required: Chase the mounting bracket with a tap or wire power brush. Drill net holes 17/64. Drill mounting holes 23/64. Cut excess mounting bolt on the bottom after mounted.

Absolutely perfect fit under the seat of my 2500HD Crew Cab (NOT designed for the "Double Cab"). I have the OEM rubber mats with that raised lip and this fits so perfectly into it under the seats that I don't really need the anchors, though they, too, fit perfectly. Like most others, I had to drill out the divider holes a bit, but not much, and it took maybe a minute. This is nearly identical to the GM OEM part 23183674, even with regard to thickness and quality, at less than half the price. ... show more

Fit well except for the holes for the divider nets were too small. I had to drill the holes out slightly larger to fit the connector for the nets. Other than that it's sturdy and fits well.
