I purchased 2 of these air mattresses within a short span of time. The first mattress was used 3 times before a small puncture appeared causing the mattress to not stay inflated. The second mattress was used ONCE. These were not used for children, very large adults, pets etc….these were used by a 125 pound adult. I say this to say, there was no rough housing or any other behavior that would cause this to happen. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that my guest went to sleep on an inflated mattress and awoke on the floor! And the “patch kit”….TERRIBLE. It doesn’t work at all. super easy to set up… doesn’t get any easier. Husband took it out of the box and plugged it in and about 3 minutes later it was ready to go. We got this for our teenage nephew to sleep on over Thanksgiving, It never lost air and was comfortable and firm. We actually didn’t take it down until today (Dec 10) and it didn’t lose any air or structure. Take down was also easy - the knob that controls the air release is very easy to use.
