Arrived today, hubby assembled alone and said it was fairly easy. I love it, so unique and nice size. Definitely not a small rocker, not the most comfortable because the back is just a bit too low to lean your head back but will be fine for occasional use.

This was not the easiest chair to put together. First of all, the holes weren't drilled in the right place to properly secure the back of it. However, I wound up just sliding it in place and didn't even bother with the large screws. The back seems to stay on sturdily enough without needing them. Secondly, I had to use all my strength to bend the bars on the legs to get the drill holes aligned for the wooden rockers. After finally putting it together, it is a cute rocking chair.     • Okay Chair. You get what you paid for.Bad instruction!
When assembling the chair DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS !. 1. install back rest as told (holes may not align ours did not). I had to use a ratchet strap and phillips screwdriver align them(holes were off about 3/4 to 1 inch) took a lot of pressure to get the screws started . 2. The longer of the legs are the back ones and have the cross bars and are labeled wrong and shown in the wrong position on the instruction sheet . 3. Do not tighten any of the bolts in the legs or on the rockers but assemble them with all bolts loose. You will have to force the legs apart to get the bolts into the rockers . 4. After bolts are in the rockers and tightened, then tighten all the bolts on the legs to the bottom of the chair . WARNING! if you do not have mechanical skills do not purchase this chair ! To people who have purchased this chair, assembly following this direction will stop the tipping problem you have. ... show more

I rarely review so this is my first written review. But to start off when I first got it I was pretty excited and then here comes the assembled, it was a little difficult at first it didn’t stop me from wanting to sit on it. And then after I finished it was a little bit uncomfortable at first but after a couple days you should feel comfortable. All you need to do is put your butt imprint and you’ll be fine. Oh and one more thing make sure you tightly screw the bolts because if you frequently keep rocking your chair, some of the bolts will be loose every once in a while so just take a look underneath there and just tightly screw. The media could not be loaded. Adorable pattern and color scheme. I found the chair to be a bit small, but we needed something small for our nursery. I’m 5’3 and sit perfectly in the chair, someone taller might be uncomfortable. It does seem to lean slightly forward if you don’t sit all of the way back, but it rocks easily, and the cushion is comfortable. ... show more
