My husband wanted to order this bean bag chair to put in our sunroom, because they have them at his office and he enjoys them there. Due to the negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I was afraid we were going to be stuck with an expensive, useless, uncomfortable bag of foam chunks that we couldn’t return. I’m happy to report that my fears were proved false! The sunroom is now my favorite place to hang out, thanks to this cozy piece of furniture! Fresh out of the box, it has the density of a dwarf star, but even after 24 hours it was fluffed up almost completely to its full size. I would still recommend giving it the full suggested 5 days to fluff up, turning it over every once in a while to move the foam filling around. The product photos with the models may have been stuffed a little more for exaggeration, but ours really doesn’t seem to be that far off. It’s unfortunate that other buyers seem to have received defective bags with much less stuffing. It does obviously sink down when you sit or lie on it, but not uncomfortably so. My husband is 6’5”, and it supports him very comfortably. The cover is soft and washes very well. My whole family enjoys lounging on it and napping. It’s the perfect piece of furniture to curl up on while reading a book. ... show more

So as a fat guy I was expecting this to be awesome. It was incredibly disappointing. Maybe it's just me being a really big guy but I'm not a fan. For me it wasn't comfortable and it sunk down too low (also from me being fat). If you're a big person I would recommend against it. My skinny friend says its fine. ... show more

So, bought this for the family. Decided to keep it all for myself, I put it in my home office for times when I need to just relax. I love my family and have offered to buy a second one (no takes so far) and I do allow it to leave the room on occasion. However, I'm not going to lie, it's mine and only mine. My main advice is put this against a wall for best use and buy a body pillow to put behind your head. The beanbag doesn't actually support your head unless you fluff it in a very specific way and the body pillow is a nice way to not have to adjust after you sit down. It just works. Caveats: You will have to fluff it once a day or reposition and it weighs about 60ish pounds. you will become strong or die trying. I guess you can kick it with all the pent-up anger daily life affords. When you first get it you will have to manually take apart the memory-foam brick they send you, this is not fun. If you have a teenager get them to kick it periodically for about 10-20 minutes or until they get super tired. If they are normally pacifistic, remind them about past times/experiences when they became upset or angry to get them emotionally vested in this cathartic exercise (j/k). I read a lot of the reviews before buying this chillsack. It seemed like a lot of money, even though it was on super sale, for a big "bean bag chair". ***If you can hack it, I would let it fluff up without sitting on it for a week.***I think the 4-7 days of decompressing is really important to getting the most height out of the chillsack. I repeatedly fluffed the bag every 12 hours or so but DID NOT wait and it was annoyingly low to the floor--at least lower than what I was expecting. After a couple of days where I was annoyed and questioning my purchase, I decided to give it a rest. A week after no sitting and just fluffing (about 2 weeks in) I later on it and thought, "Oh yeah, this is much better." When you get it, it is heavy as hell and SUPER tightly packed. So I think it just needs extra room and time to really decompress. I have added two cute pillows and a blanket and it's my favorite place to chill. ... show more

So after waiting a fair amount of time (2-3) months, my bean bag chair never truly filled out. It was flat as a pancake, which was a disappointment because of how nice the washable cover is compared to the yucky one I had back in high school! Upon leaving a bad review of such an expensive flat pancake, I was sent a big box of extra memory foam innards and a complementary neck pillow!! This is worth five stars to me for sure (although if they added the filling in the first place it would remove the need for bad reviews in the first place, just saying) ... show more

So I’ve been looking a while for large bean bags. It took me awhile to order one because I read reviews and like to do research on big purchases. I took a shot on this one because of the good reviews and photos posted by verified buyers/customers. After a few days of rolling and fluffing the bean bag, it was still understuffed. I bought this as a gift for my hubby who’s 6”1 and 240 lbs to use as his gaming/lounge chair. He liked it but he said it felt like he can feel the floor lol I told him he’s just heavy 😀 but I did believe him when I laid next to him and we both felt like we’re sunk. I decided to contact the seller about the issue and I was quite surprise with their quick response and they sent me extra stuffing and small pillow. It was a bit messy to re-stuff the bag BUT we can’t complain because WE LOVED IT! We both could lay on it like it’s an actual bed. I am impressed with this sellers phenomenal service!!! If you aren’t a heavy set person/s, this is the perfect bean bag so stop looking! If you need extra stuffing just contact the seller. But beware because you might replace your bed with this amazing bean bag lol ... show more
