We bought two pair of these in July 2021 for the fall school season as we remote homeschool (a 9 yr old and a 6 yr old) and upon first inspection I was impressed with how comfortable these are. They do twist and flex quite well so they hold up to kids abuse. They have used these every week day for the last 4 months for 5-7 hrs a day. The reason I gave them a 4 star review is because the charging port is not the greatest design. They started becoming loose and not a great connection some and got to the point where they would not charge unless you held the cord just right. In the owner’s manual it says they have an 18 month warranty so I contacted the company directly through their website and told them the issue I was having and sent them pictures they asked for and they told me they would send me replacements right away. 7 days later I have two new replacement pair in my hand. I am a very satisfied customer and I really appreciate the customer service this company provided! Would definitely buy these again and I would recommend them to anyone! ... show more

Update: the company reached out to me and offered to replace or give me a refund. I am going to give them another shot and get another pair of their headphones since they seem like quality headphones except for this. Hopefully it is a one off. After buying a few pairs of cheap $8 kids headphones, I finally decided to get a better quality pair. These seemed great at first. Good build quality. Easily adjustable. Comfortable for my son. Long battery life. However, after a few months we would turn them on and they would turn off a few seconds later. That is when I noticed that we couldn’t charge them. Whenever I plugged them in to charge the light wouldn’t go on. Tried different cables and power sources nothing worked. It’s unfortunate these no longer work as they seemed to be a good product. The charging issue makes them no better than cheaper pairs that also break after a few months. ... show more
