worked great 21/2 weeks. we didn't unpackaged right away.the last 2 weeks coffee make won't work water won't completely come down then even un plugged pours all over counter. till all water in on counter. Keep saying that the water reservoir is too full and you can’t even make 2 cups of coffee at 12 ounces and to reset it, you have to unplug it and plug it back in

It’s a great coffee maker for one person. PROS: Uses a minimal amount of coffee, which saves money. It holds my 7.5 inch thermos which is a big plus. Brewing time is quick and cleanup is easy. Temperature hits about 175°, which has a nice bite but not scalding. It has a slim profile, simple controls and looks nice. CONS: It says it has a ‘large capacity reusable filter basket’, but the basket only holds about 4 level tablespoons of coffee when filled to the ‘max’ line. You need at least 5 - 6 tablespoons to make 14 ounces if you like a strong brew. Otherwise, I like the brewer, it holds my 7 1/2 inch coffee thermos, brews quickly and seems hot enough at approximately 175°. ... show more

    • Works sometimes...
When it works right, it brews well. However every other cup it brews it will simply display the word "Hi" and stop brewing. The pot then needs to be unplugged, and plugged back in to reset it. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason to why. Did it with the first cup I made with it. I figured maybe it just did not pump in enough water yet. But no, it will brew a cup fine. Then the next you get the same problem. Plenty of water in the tank, so it's not just an issue from having removed the tank or the like. ... show more
