Got 2 sets to turn old pallets into tongue and groove. Suprising life for the cost. Its just pine but I built a chicken coop and made all the boards tongue and groove and still am on my first set of bit.

Overall, these bits helped me fit multiple common boards together, though with dowels added for strength. Pros: Easily fits into a handheld router. Will cut quickly, though I found making a very shallow cut first before the full cut ended up much cleaner. Bright yellow color is easy to see while aligning with the boards. Cons: Not the sharpest bits, so if you cut too fast, it has a tendency to tear. Not perfectly aligned blades out of the box. I filed mine down a bit on the tongue cutting side or it would have made the tongue a bit too narrow for the groove side. This is a specialized tool only meant for 3/4" thick boards and nothing else. I found it was perfect for common board, but wouldn't do much good with, say, 2x4 or plywood.

I needed to custom cut some tongue and groove cedar for my sauna when I ran out of the original material we purchased. These blades worked great. Keep in mind that I was cutting cedar which is a very soft wood.

Make sure you tighten down the nut before using. These cut well but go slow as these remove wood quickly.

If you're cutting MDF then this bit is great and cuts well. If you're cutting other material you're going to have to make small passes or get a ton of tear out. For the price it's hard to complain though
