Really like the IBVIVIC bag (medium). I was able to get every last thing I needed for a small duo gig into it. Two or three mics, two long guitar cables, capos, three long mic cables, charts, iPad, in-ears, assorted strings and tools in a small tackle box, GoPro, small articulated camera tripod, Zoom recorder, multiple patch cables, page turning pedal, clamps, and room for even more. There are even multiple pouches on the outside that I never even used. My only complaint whatsoever is the silly IBVIVIC logo on the front. I immediately blacked it out. I am hoping this bag lasts for a long time. It made packing and unpacking from the gig super easy once I got the compartment sleeves in place and wrapped my head arounf what I wanted to do with it. It arrived a few days ago and I've used it on gigs twice. So far it's doing everything I hoped it would: Sturdy, lightweight, seems very well built, has more than enough compartments. Of course, time will tell as to it's future durability.

I like the room of this bag. It's big enough to fit a good amount of gear in it. I got the 23.6 x 15.6 x 11.8 bag, and it works just right for what I was looking for, especially since I measure my equipment I wanted to put inside this bag. If you look at the photo, the middle partitions have two MIDI mini keyboard and synth pad inside it, at their longest length/width (the mini keyboard just barely fits, but I'm okay with it - top zipper still closes w/o an issue). Aside from that, certain partitions have microphones and accessories; another has microphone cables; another partition has MIDI audio interface and other audio cables; one has a cable tester inside it; another one has a bass pre-amp and a 10.1 inch tablet. So this bag has the room for gear inside it. The partitions are a bit flimsy, but b/c they attach w/ velcro, you can make the partitioning any size you want and/or any number you want (less or more, so to speak). This bag will keep your stuff organized, for the most part. For the money I spent (for my sized bag), this is a solid bag, and comes handy for my DJ gigs and vocal performances with my band. Only note I have is... in the middle partitions (exclude each of the end ones), I put a piece of wood underneath the partitions, to give the bag a little more sturdiness to it. Overall, the bag is good. Is it a tad overpriced = YES Is it sturdy = YES (for the most part, depending on what and how heavy your items are to begin with) What I have in this bag now, is fine, but still a tad heavy. If I add more, I'm not sure how that might work out, since the clamps for the shoulder strap and rings the strap attaches to are plastic. ... show more

    • It's larger than I expected and has lots of pockets that I somehow found a way to fill :-)
Althought I am not sure about the durability, it seems well made. It is exactly what I was looking for and helps me look much more professional in front of clients. Way easier to find things when I need them rather than digging around.

    • There are better options
I am a member of a seniors group that produce TV programs for broadcast on public access stations. During the pandemic we made few programs as the studio where we record our episodes was shut. When we were able to get together the studio was not yet open o we began recording episodes outside the studio. We began to accumulate some of our own equipment and decided we needed an equipment bag to take to remote sites. I purchased this bag to carry all of our audio/video equipment. When I received the bag I was not satisfied that it would serve our purpose. The main problem is with the velcro dividers. There are 3 velcro strips each side of the bag that run the length. This is where the dividers attach. It is difficult to insert and align the dividers. It takes quite a bit of lining attaching removing and reattaching to get them lined up. There is no attachment to the bottom of the bag and objects that are placed in the divided sections can slip under the dividers and end up somewhere else in the bag. The side pockets can't be secured so it is possible for things to fall out. This bag might work well for professionals but we decided to use a lightweight clothes bag of similar size and shape. The price was close to the same as the gig bag and the construction was better. the drawback is that there are no dividers in the new bag. We were able to address this issue by purchasing some inexpensive plastic storage boxes of similar size to the divides sections of the gig bag. It is not my intention to denigrate the gig bag. I only want to say for our requirements the gig bag didn't meet our needs. ... show more

The zippers on the zippered compartments are so smooth which make access to the contents easy by just using one hand. One of the best if not the best gig bag that I have purchased and used. Love it!
