  • Absolutely do not do business with this company !
Well I guess this wasn't a great Xmas gift for the grandson. Doesn't work, Doesn't even look like it was put together. The freaking disk player is not even in here for the graphics so the disk that came w/ it is useless. There are fingerprints all over one of the chipboards which tells me somebody took all the good parts out and got it just so it worked or looked like it worked. Talk about pest only one fan lit up. This was supposed to be brand new ! Very disappointed 1- this was a Xmas gift 2-According to Amazon A-Z return policy I had until 1/31/22 to return. 3. It was damaged & parts missing right out of the box ! We reported this right away. You sent it to us damaged ! 4. I reported the issue right away & had it shipped back in a timely manner. They in turn tell me the returned PC was damaged by me ! I told them it came damaged, it was not a new unit & parts were missing ! We pulled it out of the box, saw it was broken & put it right back in the box ! There is no way we should be charged a restocking fee $107.....for you all to throw it in the garbage. I hope you disposed of it . Perhaps you just put it back in your inventory for another unsuspecting customer to buy, return & get scammed out of 107.85. I see you have a lot of bad comments on your Amazon consumer rating. I'll be adding 1 also ! Do not believe they have 3 1/2 stars ! ... show more

  • Great Value PC with a future!
I've been building my own systems for decades and, when my old Athlon II system finally ran out of steam, I was looking to build a new one around a Ryzen 5 3600 when I found this and went for a pre-built system. This system has worked out great. Everything worked fine on arrival and I was able to easily add my old hard drives to bring across my media. Performance on the this system has been great, but I don't run any high frame rate games. But I am confident if I need more horsepower in the future, I can get there with this system. Over time, I can see upgrading the RAM, adding a large PCIe SSD, and a beefier graphics board and this system has the power and slots to handle it. But everything is running great now so all that is on hold. I'm really happy with this system! ... show more

  • Works for what I got it for.
It's ok for a starting point if you are on a budget and don't feel comfortable building your own PC. The graphics card is crap and will need to be upgraded if you want to play most games. I bought it to play Elder Scrolls Online and had to run it on low until I upgraded my graphics card. Most of it is somewhat upgradable. You can upgrade the RAM up to 32 gb, it has a 500 watt power supply so you can upgrade to a better but not great GPU, and space for 2 additional SSDs. I think it is a good place to start for more financially limited gamers. ... show more

  • Great starter PC. Upgradable.
Good PC for the price. You will need to upgrade graphics card and add more drive space at some point but works well out of the box for simple games. Works decent for Fortnite on Medium graphics settings. Works well for Roblox and rocket league. Graphics card is a really old model and outdated but with the chip shortage and price hikes on GPUs it’s understandable for this price point. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for
I’ve had a few issues with this PC since buying it about 6 months ago now. Pre-built PCs can have tons of issues as I have no idea where half of these parts came from. It’s cheaply made and very rushed. I have had tons of issues with the PC booting up and have gotten blue-screened more time using this than I have in my entire life. Every issue I’ve had with it I’ve been able to temporarily fix but I continue to remain on edge with this thing. I have replaced the hard drive and the memory on this so far. ... show more

  • Love my new PC!
Absolutely love my new PC. I had my old PC for years and when it finally broke, I was looking for something affordable that runs smoothly for gaming. I did switch out the video card with my old one, but so far this PC runs amazingly. No issues, and I get a lot of FPS in my favorite games. :)

  • Dead on arrival
The computer looks great, everything inside looks good, set it all up and then it only goes to BIOS. I check the storage information on the BIOs and nothing comes up, so I open the case and see that the SATA cable is disconnected from the SSD. No problem. Let's put it back. Wait a minute, the plastic from the SSD connector has been snapped off into the SATA cable. That's why it wasn't working. That's how it came, out of the box. Now I'm stuck dealing with support, and probably have to send in my computer and be without a computer which if it was for fun wouldn't be an issue but this is a work computer I use for my job. I'm very disappointed. ... show more
