This is an honest review after using the iBooMas SL Track Massage Chair daily for over 2 weeks. I have fibromyalgia ,RA and cervical and lumbar spondylosis. I sat in a different brand expensive $8k chair at an event and realized I needed one of these chairs. After months of research trying to find most of the options in a budget home chair this one was our pick. We were nervous because it is a big ticket item to purchase without trying out first, but I am pleased. Therefore, I give them 5 stars because the chairs has become my new daily routine and also because of their customer service support. Pros: Price Point, Look/Style/Size, Assembled, Ease of Use, Heated Foot Rollers (hard to get anywhere for neuropathy ), Sleep Mode (it rocks up and then down, the best!). It has the most features for the price (dynamite price). It looks great and is fully assembled out of the box. It is carefully packaged and made with care. It is in my living room. It does not take up a ton of space at all. If you are under 300 lbs. this should work for you. The LED lights are a nice feature and the IONs as well. The "AI" is okay but I prefer the remote. The speakers are "okay" for Bluetooth. The heated foot rollers are a plus for Neuropathy and the "rock" up and down in sleep mode is my absolute favorite. I run sleep mode 20 minutes and then stretch mode 10 mins. This is perfect for anyone with limited mobility or poor circulation, it really has helped me especially with neuropathy and sciatic nerve areas. A big difference. Cons: Rough Rollers, Delivery, Instructions, No Program Save Mode feature, No way to change settings on "auto" programs to adapt to your personal preferences/needs. It takes awhile to figure out the neck positioning (long press up and down on arrow exactly when it is done auto scanning to adjust). It also takes a bit to get used to the rollers (2+ weeks).You need to pad the rollers with a nice pillow for sure as they are really rough without padding (4 other people tried my chair and agreed the same men and women a little larger then myself I am 5'7" 122 lbs.)The company suggests a thin blanket when I reached out to them and told me that in time you do get used to the rollers about a month or so after as your body adapts to the chair. I believe that to be true heading into my 3rd week of daily use. Delivery (delivery company is a 3rd party so you have to track and call them as they did not show up the day they scheduled on the phone for which was not appreciated as we took the day off to be there, but they did come the next afternoon and delivered right to my door and was very polite and respectful). Instructions are vague, you have to reach out to support they will send you a pdf to download. You can't save your programming. Auto features do not allow you to change the intensity at all. I asked support. Only the "manual" programs (limited) allow you to change intensity after you pick a massage technique first. The answer was that they have no option for the "auto" intensity to be changed. Overall it is a great chair for the price and it looks nice. I did purchase a separate plastic cover to protect it. This chair was a great value for the price and the customer support is dynamite as is the warranty period. ... show more

Overall I am happy with this massage chair - I believe it offers good features and comfort at a reasonable price. This chair has features and customization that cheap ($800-1000) chairs don't usually have, like the ability to adjust width and height of massage. SL Track is good as it goes all the way down to your lower back and glutes. The customer service is responsive, and they sent a replacement part right away when we had an issue with the original shipment. PROS - Comfort, compact size, Good features for the price, good customer service. Comes already assembled (which can be a CON, since it's a very heavy 200 lb box that you cannot disassemble - we had to take off our door from its hinges to bring it downstairs). Other cons, the software is not the best, they should rewrite the app/interface to allow for easier customization or to have the massage chair stop at a specific spot. Overall great chair and i'd recommend over a cheaper massage chair. ... show more

It’s pretty compact which is nice, nice design and color, a wireless phone charger would have been even nicer, and it’s pretty quiet. I don’t like the fact that you have to unplug it every time you use it. The control menu options requires a bit of time to get used to and to learn how to use , but once you do it gets the job done. The foot roller could be a bit intense at times. Overall it a nice machine, I’m using it every chance I get. Blue tooth connectivity is good but The Speakers are glow quality though. I wish the machine didn’t start right away after pushing the power button, it should give you a chance to select the desired massage technique and settings first, instead of starting with last used setting. I also wish there was a massage that could focus on mid upper back, because it just focuses on neck, hips and waist. No back focus setting. (There’s a work around but I’m lazy to explain it here). Last thing that needs improvement is the arm airbags, the arms tend to be pushed outward by the same airbags. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ For competitive price, design and function. Minus one star ⭐️ for low quality speakers, software and arm airbags ... show more
