Description

Designed for a Modern-day Master Originally debuting in the video for Polyphia’s “Playing God,” the Ibanez TOD10N Tim Henson signature nylon acoustic-electric guitar is a bold reimagining of the crossover nylon string, loaded to the brim with performance-minded features and futuristic nuevo flamenco tone! While many fans initially mistook it for a solidbody instrument, this guitar boasts a far more traditional build than you might expect — the solid spruce top is supported with classical-style fan bracing for a touch-sensitive response that blooms and resonates with even the slightest pluck. Next, the ultra-thin sapele body offers playing comfort to rival even the slimmest of solidbodies, with two deep cutaways for the unfettered fret access required for Tim’s brand of technical playing. Finally, a set of Ibanez and Fishman electronics round out this acoustic-electric with beautiful plugged-in tones, faithfully replicating every ounce of this 6-string's rich tonal depth.Ultra-thin 50mm body The

  • I love this guitar!
I love this guitar! I was pleasantly surprised to see the built in tuner. In addition to being comfortable and easy to play, it’s a gorgeous, sexy, beautiful instrument with a great sound.

  • Great guitar! 🎸
FocusProAudio shipped this to me the next day. So quick. Thank you for the great service. This guitar is hard to find and is sold out often. The guitar was shipped in great condition, I love the design and the art on it. It is fun to play, sounds great plugged or unplugged, build quality is really solid. Size is good, value is fine (although if you want a cheaper version of this look into the frh10n version. It's basically the same guitar without the flower art). I'm really happy about the guitar. Nice gift to myself. ... show more

  • Decently built Ibanez that could use a tinybit of improvement to be great.
The quality is decent. It's playable and different. It looks great, and it's a neat guitar to pickup and place classical music on and avoid making too much noise also. It's super light, and there is a bit of neck dive when holding it with a strap, but it's not uncommon. I'm subtracting one star because the action on it is set too high, even for classical guitarists. People will be able to play it and it works, but without adjusting it by sanding the saddle down, it's uncomfortable for many types of faster picked and finger-style songs. I would give it another half star if they provided some better detailed specs—like, what are dimensions of the saddle? I have fixed mine to my specifications, but I had to spend unnecessary extra time making it happen trying to reverse engineer it a little. This guitar is excellent for beginner players, by the way. It allows playing chords by people who are just starting to build their finger strength and calluses. My students love it. And it is capable of professional gigging and recording to boot. ... show more

I have played for 40 years, this is a very good nylon electric guitar, very happy I bought it.

  • Worth it
Honestly a huge fan of polyphia so I had to and it sounds so good. The knobs for bass and treble are so sick it sounds crazy with the bass strings ringing louder.
