I had high hopes for this phone. I waited for it excitedly with baited breath. Upon my first and second attempt to open the spot to add my SIM card, it refused to open. When I eventually got it open, the first thing I did was take a picture. I was very disappointed at the quality. It was fussy. Terrible Quality. very slow phone .Paused the videos and with in 2 seconds it continues to play automatically. wont remain paused. Returned inmediatelly.

The media could not be loaded. Feels great and solid in your hand. Sounds is mono but good. Front camera looks great but back camera is not crisp. All the apps are slow to load, and have lag when operating them. None of my charging cables/chargers that work with fast charging and super charging isn't working on the phone. Wireless charging isn't working either. And it doesn't seem to be registering with Verizon. Other than that it works fine on wifi but going from a Samsung Galaxy 22 plus to this is very frustrating. ... show more

Take great pics and videos. Very buggy jumps screens. Battery won't last long and I can't get signal only in certain areas. Only access I get is Wi-Fi

This phone is horrible, the battery died from 100% to 20% in 10-15 minuute. It gets stuck so bad and the camera is horrible . I am requesting a refund.

Thank goodness, Amazon makes things right when you get a bad item. The phone was powering on and off, on and off constantly, when it powered on it stood on for less than 2 minutes and power right back off again. For the price you can buy a decent name brand phone instead of this off brand,and that's what I should have done and I started not to buy this phone because of my intuition was telling me ,NO ... show more
