Best Case On The Market Very Customizable
Color: Black/White Style: Y70
Design & Aesthetics The Hyte Y70 is, first and foremost, a statement piece. Its panoramic glass design is its defining characteristic, transforming the PC into a display case for your hardware. This makes it ideal for showcasing RGB lighting, custom liquid cooling loops, or simply well-organized components. The overall aesthetic is modern and minimalist from the outside, allowing the internal components to be the focal point. Many variants of the Y70 also feature an integrated LCD screen, which is a fantastic addition for displaying system metrics, custom wallpapers, or even animated GIFs. This screen is typically vibrant and adds another layer of customization and interaction that few other cases offer. Cooling Performance & Airflow Despite its enclosed glass front, the Hyte Y70 is surprisingly capable when it comes to cooling, thanks to its intelligent airflow design. Bottom and Side Intake: The case typically utilizes large bottom and side intake vents, allowing plenty of fresh air to be drawn into the system. This design is particularly effective for GPU cooling, as graphics cards can directly pull cool air from beneath. Top and Rear Exhaust: Ample space for top-mounted radiators (up to 360mm or even 420mm in some variants) and a rear exhaust fan ensures efficient heat dissipation from the CPU and overall case interior. Vertical GPU Mounting: While aesthetically pleasing, the vertical GPU mount can sometimes slightly restrict airflow to the GPU compared to traditional horizontal mounting, depending on the card's cooler design and proximity to the glass. However, Hyte generally designs enough clearance to mitigate major issues. For most gaming and general productivity builds, the cooling performance is more than adequate. For extreme overclocking with very high-TDP components, careful fan configuration and potentially custom loop cooling might be necessary to maintain optimal temperatures. Building Experience & Versatility Building in the Hyte Y70 is generally a pleasure, though the focus on aesthetics requires some attention to detail: Cable Management: The case offers generous space behind the motherboard tray and numerous tie-down points, along with well-placed cutouts, making cable management surprisingly easy for such an open-view case. A tidy build is crucial to fully leverage the panoramic display. Component Compatibility: It supports large GPUs, tall CPU coolers (if not using an AIO/custom loop), and multiple storage drives. The pre-installed vertical GPU mount simplifies installation for many modern cards. Radiator Support: Excellent support for large radiators (up to 360mm/420mm in the top, potentially more in other locations) makes it a strong contender for custom liquid cooling enthusiasts. Areas for Improvement Price: The Hyte Y70 is a premium case with a premium price tag, especially the Touch variant with the integrated LCD screen. This positions it firmly in the enthusiast market. Dust Filtration: While intake vents exist, the general dust filtration might not be as comprehensive as some other cases, requiring more frequent cleaning, especially given the visible interior. Weight & Portability: Due to its steel and tempered glass construction, the Y70 is a heavy case. This is a minor consideration for a stationary PC but makes it less ideal for frequent transportation. GPU Airflow (Minor): As mentioned, while generally good, very thick vertical GPUs might have slightly reduced airflow compared to horizontal mounting in a traditional case, though this is often negligible for most users. Conclusion The Hyte Y70 PC case is a triumphant blend of cutting-edge aesthetics and thoughtful functionality. Its panoramic glass design creates an unparalleled visual experience, turning your PC into a showpiece, especially when paired with an integrated LCD screen. While it comes at a premium price and is quite heavy, its solid build quality, excellent cable management options, and surprisingly capable cooling performance make it a fantastic choice for enthusiasts and gamers who prioritize both a stunning visual presentation and reliable thermal performance. If you're looking to build a truly unique and visually striking high-performance PC, the Hyte Y70 is a highly recommended and captivating option. ... show more

Love this case!
Color: Snow White Style: Y70 Touch Infinite
I adore this case! Yes, it's definitely a luxury case as it's pricier than others, but this version does have the 2k screen included. The glass is tempered and I didn't have any issues with it cracking or scratching during the pc build. The bottom compartment does fit three fans, just know you need to fit one inside the case before attaching it to the bracket to make them all fit. As far as the screen goes, it's a beautiful screen, do note, you need to connect it directly to the motherboard for the picture to work and download the software so you can set your picture/widgets. The cables to hook it up are already ran to the back of the case when it arrives, so you'll just need to hook them up to your motherboard and power supply. The top of the case does have a compartment that lowers if you want to mount fans or your AIO closer to your motherboard. Do note, this case includes a PCIe riser 4.0 to connect your GPU to your MOB so the GPU sits upright in the case. IF you need a 5.0 connection like I did, you'll need to purchase the 5.0 riser off Hyte's website, at the time I purchased, they were $99 and you can choose which color you'd like. The case has plenty of places to route your cables for easy cable management as well as preinstalled Velcro in the bottom to hold some of the cables. The only downside I saw was needing to buy an updated PCIe riser, I wish they would have had that as an upgrade option at purchase, as well as there being two open spots on the back of the side where you mount the GPU etc. I'm assuming its for easier access, but I do worry about the amount of dust etc that allows into the pc, though I'm sure it's great for airflow. ... show more

This is a beautiful case in all white. The is more than enough room for just about anything you want to put in there. Even with a vertically mounted 5070 ti, there is a lot of extra space left over, giving the final result a nice open feel. That said, it's a large case - make sure you have room for it at close to 13" deep. There a several things that made this the easiest build I have done. Aside from the interior size, the dual chambered design makes cabling easy and keeps the front side clean-looking. Additionally, every bracket, screw hole and snap connection matched up perfectly with overall fit and finish being near-perfect. I have six intake fans and four exhaust fans, including the AIO cooler for plenty of airflow, though on the down side, the slatted exterior covers probably restrict the airflow to some extent. One other concern is that it will be a tight fit to get even one low-profile pci card in along with the gpu and pci riser. Not an issue right now, but possibly in the future. The case does not come with any fans, though given the range of fan choices and options, included fans probably be not what the user wants anyway. The case is not inexpensive, but I think worth the cost. It is heavy also, but built very sturdily. ... show more

This has been my dream case for the longest time now! I finally did a big pc upgrade and I was super excited to make a hyte build. I thought the glass panels and regular panels would be hard to remove from the case but it's super easy to pop off ( and I have long nails ). The case is a lot bigger than what I thought it would be but I love how spacious it is, it makes it super easy to build your pc in. I was also surprised to see it had a section at the bottom of the case for fans so I might add some down there later on. The case filters out dust well and makes it super easy to clean when dust builds up in the filters. Like I said before it's so easy to remove the case panels cleaning your pc is not a chore, you can easily pop out the panels making removability easy. I definitely think it's worth the money, I'm so in love with the touch panel I use it mainly for discord and Spotify and I just love how the case looks! And because it's so big air flow is great and the pc itself is very quiet. ... show more

Great case
Color: Black Style: Y70 Touch Infinite
Show-stopping touchscreen display adds flair and functionality most cases don’t offer. Massive internal space & cooling support, great for custom water-cooling builds. the app was slow, memory-hungry, and occasionally forgetful, making the touchscreen experience less smooth than anticipated. If you want something that stands out visually and adds a new layer of interactivity to your setup, it’s one of the few cases that delivers on that promise. The hardware design and cooling support are excellent for high-end builds. However, if you prefer a straightforward, no-nonsense build or care more about pure performance than showmanship, you might find the touchscreen feature a bit gimmicky, especially given the bumpy software experience. This isn’t just a gimmick — it can display real system information and interact with apps — but the software side still needs polishing and can be heavy on RAM or laggy with more complex widgets. The HYTE Y70 Touch is a premium ATX mid-tower PC case that stands out primarily for its large integrated touchscreen, along with a spacious dual-chamber interior and strong cooling potential. It’s designed for high-end systems where aesthetics, display integration, and build showcase are as important as performance. ... show more

Absolutely wonderful case Absolutely wonderful case

This is the best case I have ever bought. It is absolutely worth every penny spent in my opinion. It's dual chamber is wonderful giving lots of room and options for cable management. Now I do not have the beafyist of graphic cards but I am rocking a 3080 and it fits in this case wonderfully being vertically mounted while still having more than enough room for my 2nd nic and having my rad for my cpu cooler mounted on top of the case. I also absolutely love not only how the case looks asteticly but also how the case for the most part is tool free, meaning there are no tools needed to pop off the top plate cover back panel and the larger glass panel, the other 2 smaller glass panels do require you to take out some screws that are holding them in place but it is pretty minimal. For any other parts on the case that can be removed like the bottom panel or the panel on the top under the top cover plate also require you to unscrew some screws but again it's minimal. I have not used my PC to much yet since I got this case but I have tested the pc just to make sure it turns on and all fans are working correctly, they were. I mainly bought this case to have better airflow and more fans to help keep my PC parts as cool as possible. This case supports up to 9 or 10 fans But be aware depending on how many fans hook up spots you have on your motherboard you may need a fan spliter cable or a rgb fan controller box, I needed both. Also be aware that this case does NOT come with any fans. I got lucky and thankfully had enough fans to fill the case to what I wanted. Small update: i recently tested my temps in this case by running a benchmark on both my gpu and cpu, the test went well as the temps for both my cpu witch is a ryzen 7 7800X3D and my gpu witch is a 3080 were all well under anything dangerous. I also played a game for a little bit as well. CONS: Honestly there is not much, the few I can think of are nothing major and it's me just really nit picking. But if I had to list some that bug me the most I'd say the riser that plugs into your motherboard for your gpu to be vertically mounted was not my favorite thing to plug in, it was just really scary and I had give it a bit more force to get it to plug in all the way. The other thing that's not the best is where you mount your fans on the bottom of the case, while the location is great it's the plate that you are mounting the fans onto that is not so great. The plate has a bunch of different pre-made holes on it for you to pick what ones to screw your fans into, now it's nice to have options but unfortunately it can be very difficult to mount 3 fans at the bottom if the shape of your fans are a bit on the bulky side. I was only able to get 2 fans on the bottom as a result. The last thing I do not care for much is how you mount a fan to the back end of the case, it's more than double but it can be a little tricky to not only get the fan where you want it but also make sure you can get all 4 screws in the fan. This is due to the back end of the case just having these little slots instead of actual pre-made circle holes. OVERALL: This is a absolute gem of a case that does a wonderful job of showing off your pc build that you just spent hours putting together while burning a hole in your wallet. ... show more

The HYTE Y60 Modern Aesthetic Dual Chamber Panoramic Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case is truly an embodiment of excellent craftsmanship and functionality. As an enthusiast who has used several computer cases over the years, I can confidently state that the HYTE Y60 stands head and shoulders above the rest. One cannot help but marvel at the beauty of this case. The modern aesthetic design, complemented by the panoramic tempered glass, gives it a distinctive look that adds a touch of class to any workspace. The case is not just about looks, however. The superior quality materials used in the construction of the HYTE Y60 ensure its durability and strength. The sturdiness of the case is evident right from the moment you unbox it. Despite its sleek design, it feels solid and well-built, ready to house and protect your valuable components. I am confident that this case will withstand the rigors of daily use and maintain its appearance for years to come. From a practical perspective, the HYTE Y60 is a dream to work with. Its dual chamber design allows for a clean build and easy cable management. Furthermore, the case offers a plethora of airflow options, letting you optimize the cooling setup to match your components. This design feature ensures that the case can keep up with even the most demanding hardware configurations. Above all, what sets the HYTE Y60 apart is how it successfully combines aesthetics with functionality. It’s a case that catches the eye while delivering top-notch performance. I've had several computer cases in the past, but none have impressed me as much as the HYTE Y60. In conclusion, the HYTE Y60 Modern Aesthetic Dual Chamber Panoramic Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case is a remarkable piece of hardware. Whether you're building a new system or upgrading your current setup, the HYTE Y60 is a worthwhile investment that won't disappoint. It's not just the best case I've ever owned; I'd go as far as to say it could very well be the best case on the market right now. ... show more

Great Case - Single GPU space, not Dual Great Case - Single GPU space, not Dual

Review Image by tammy
The case is definitely big and comfortable to work in. In that regard, it is absolutely fantastic. The two compartment system works great for allowing me to rout cables without pinching my fingers in tight corners. The Fractal Design Meshify XL2, a similarly large case, gave me difficulty with the CPU power cable, due to a tight top left corner. I did not have any issue like that here. It's not perfect, but it's a greatly customizable case. I was able to move my home server into it and the four vertical slot PCI-e area is great for a massive 3.5 slot 5070ti . However, beware that the horizontal slots are shorter 80mm slots, and thus you cannot fit a full second GPU in the. I do wish that the place for the riser cable was adjustable, so that I could theoretically put multiple cards in those vertical slots (such as using it for multiple NVME cards for storage devices), but it's a great case regardless. It has plenty of capacity for fans and I appreciate the quality of the glass giving it great lighting. Also, I adore the slick red coloring of mine, as it's just absolutely fantastic to have something outside of the dull black and boring white. ... show more
