This is the one you want.

By far the best headset ive ever gotten for gaming. Its durable, ive dropped it many times. One of the speakers now moves around in the right ear. It hasn't messed up the sound quality at all. The mic comes in clear. Its comfortable, doesnt hurt my ears. Plug it in and its ready to use. No complaints on the design. This is the 2nd time ive bought this exact headset. Im about to buy a 3rd one and keep the one im currently using as a back up since it still works well. You won't be disappointed if you buy this headset. It doesn't feel cheap. The fact its only 40 bucks it a steal! Ive had the current headset for over a year now. And like ive said, ive dropped it A LOT! Turtle beach is garbage when compared. If you're a baller, there is probably better out there, but im just a dude thats not going to drop 300 on a headset. Especially when I drop them as much as I do lol! For 300, id honestly buy these in bulk and give them to friends and keep one for myself. Don't bother with the upgraded version either! The new ones have way to much extra bs that can go wrong. ... show more

Super comfy, great mic, perfect for Xbox
Style: CloudX Size: Wired
Been using the HyperX CloudX for Xbox sessions, and it’s been awesome. The memory foam cushions are crazy comfortable for long gaming nights, and the sound is clear without being overly bass‑heavy. The detachable mic works way better than I expected — my friends said I sounded clean with no background noise. In‑line controls are simple, build quality feels solid, and it plugs right in with zero setup. If you want a reliable, comfy Xbox headset, this one’s been a win. ... show more

Surprised by quality
Style: CloudX Size: Wired
It’s extremely comfortable. Practically noise canceling because I can’t hear anything outside while they’re donned upon me, even with low audio levels. Microphone is super reliable and it’s durable for a headset of a cheaper price which surprised me. I use it for Xbox. I personally recommend it.

Gorgeous sound, but the headband was too small
Style: CloudX Size: Wired
The sound quality of this headset was FAR superior to the sound quality from my old low-end headset. It was magical! I had no idea that my songs could sound so good. I wanted to keep this headset forever. But I had to return it. I couldn't tolerate wearing the headset for more than five minutes at a time. The headband created an unbearable pressure point at the top of my skull. I needed a greater clearance, but the earpieces would only extend about an inch on either side. I needed at least another half inch, and the result was pure pain. In spite of this, I did attempt to make a voice call. But the microphone output was too quiet for my listener to hear. I had to crank up the volume, and that lead to terrible static, which was worse than the low volume. So I abandoned the new headset and returned to my old low-end pair. I now suspect that the microphone would have worked better if I had positioned it close to my jawline. Instead, I positioned the microphone at some distance in front of my mouth--which I now believe was a terrible mistake. I would have liked to have done more experimenting, but I was unable to: I couldn't bear the pressure on the top of my skull, and my listener could not hear me, so I was all too glad to rip them off. The pressure-pain lingered for about a half an hour after I removed them. If the pressure point had not been such an issue, these could have been a very nice headset. The audio output was gorgeous. I very much hope that they'll work out better for someone with a more-appropriate head size. ... show more

Good Reliable

Useful and clear-sounding mic. A bit bulky but good quality, sometimes can be finnicky but I’m also not tech savvy.

Competitive Headphones
Style: CloudX Size: Wired
Got these as a gift about 4 years ago and they lasted me 3 years of HEAVY use for gaming/ music production; the audio started to cut out in them when used after that. Due to the quality and comfort I bought a second pair myself this time. They are extremely comfortable when compared to similar headphones in this price range (there is a soft, foam band underneath the top of the headset that provides comfort even after hours of use). Audio quality is competitive and microphone works great. Great quality at an affordable & competitive price. ... show more

Solid products but the support could be better.
Style: CloudX Size: Wired
The item is fine. Unfortunately I made a mistake purchasing this because I assumed I was getting a headset for the PC, this is actually a headset that connects via wire into an Xbox controller. I can still use it and works great and as long as you're not ripping it out of its socket it will last you a long time. It sounds great too. Great noise canceling as always. Always comfortable except in summer months, you'll need air conditioning or some kind of cooling in your room in order to keep your ears from sweating. It's probably a good idea to clean the ear cups every so often to avoid sores and acne and pimples, especially in hot climates. Sometimes attracts spiders. I'm pretty sure they have some sort of cover for these things that keeps spiders out. Hey as long as they're not phone spiders and they catch bugs and leave me alone I don't care. Great product. Customer service is room temperature at best. I actually tried to ordering this directly through their website to get the bigger discount and their support was not really that helpful, and that was just to make a purchase, and not after the fact. ... show more
