  • Nostalgic
The Hyperkin Xenon Xbox controller effectively captures the nostalgic essence of the original Xbox 360 experience, with a design that feels both familiar and fresh. The build quality is impressive, providing a sturdy and comfortable grip that enhances gaming sessions. However, while it excels in mimicking the classic look and feel, some may find the button responsiveness slightly lacking compared to modern standards. Overall, the Xenon is a great choice for those looking to relive their early Xbox days without sacrificing too much on performance. ... show more

  • Brought me Back
This controller surprised me and fit my needs perfectly. It feels exactly like my old Xbox 360 controllers with some much needed improvements. The joysticks and D-pad feel modern and not mushy like the original. Triggers, bumpers and buttons feel responsive when pressed. The overall build quality feels great and high value. I'm really surprised to only see one review on this at the time of writing. What I really liked is the detachable USB-C cable, my PC only has one front USB port I reserve for my mouse. So having a USB-C cable I can just leave in and plug the controller in whenever is a huge plus for me. I have long fingers so the battery pack not being there is a big plus. I have ONE issue with the controller but it is a cosmetic nitpick. I got the white version and for some reason the start, menu and share buttons are all black and not white. It does remove, in a very distracting way, from the look of the controller. But if you want the classic 360 black controller this won't be an issue for you. Overall, good high quality controller. One minor gripe. This controller deserves more attention! Side note: unboxing experience was surprisingly top notch. I really didn't expect that but I'm glad they took the time to do that! ... show more

  • I’d recommend.
Hands-on, this controller feels very similar to the original 360 controller. The only real difference is some of the buttons feel a little mushier and others feel a little more clicky. The headphone jack works very well and the cable provided feels high quality for what it is.

  • Little lighter than expected.
It’s an Amazing product and I am really enjoying it so far. It is a little lighter than expected but not cheap feeling at all. 10/10

  • Probably One of The best wired controllers money can buy for PC or Xbox Gaming 9.5/10!
The media could not be loaded. The only thing i disliked was how quick the sticks wore out but other than the sticks that can be fixed and the controller itself is built very strong and improves upon the original 360 controller.

  • It Doesn’t Last.
Had mine since February. Never threw it around or anything like that. Started noticing stick drift about last month or so with the right stick and today it literally just completely broke so I took the screws out and looked inside myself (since the warranty doesn’t include normal wear&tear…lol) and the plastic used on the sticks is cheap as I don’t know what. I’ve never had a stick completely break off until this one and like I said, I never misused it. The controller’s beautiful of course but it’s not worth the $60 just for it to break after 3 months and the warranty not even cover it. ... show more

  • Great product
The controller met my expectations. I had an old 360 controller and this controller was a more modernized version of it. The only thing I noticed is that the joysticks on the Hyperkin were a lot easier to move compared to the 360 controllers and the Hyperkin felt more lightweight. Overall the one I got was of good quality as was worth the purchase. ... show more

  • Fits like an old glove
I was worried a 360 controller wouldn't live up to my nostalgia, but the ergonomics still hold up to monitor standards. Used it while playing Chronos: Before the Ashes and in no time, I wasn't even thinking about using a different controller than usual. D-pad's as trash as its ever been, so still don't use it for fighting gamers or platformers. My one quibble is that while the cable might be a great length for the living room, it's a bit overkill for playing at your desk and can be a pain to keep out of the way. Not a big enough complaint to deduct a star. ... show more
