I Ordered this Nov. 16, 2021 and just received it Jan. 25, 2022. I knew it was back ordered so I was ok with the wait. I took a few days to put it to use and gather an opinion of it. It reminded me of the original controller very well and brought back some good memories. The screen on the controller is pretty good imo and the animation never gets old. The only thing I was down about was it doesnt work wireless. Sure you can detach the type c cable but whats the point if you cant use it wireless. I dont know if I just missed it and Im an idiot, but because it had pictures showing the the cable detached it seemed like you just used the cable to charge the controller but no, you have to use the controller wired and I was pretty bummed about that. ... show more

    • Plagued by the left trigger
It's a beautiful controller. But I paid 90 dollars for a game pad, i better be able to play on it. I haven't had this thing for more than 2 or 3 weeks and haven't dropped it once. The left trigger is acting dumb, and it's really upsetting. I'm in the position where buying another green Duke or maybe a red Duke may serve as a better game pad. It's extremely unfortunate. Idk if it's even worth returning to ask for a different one when so many seem plagued by one thing or another. My last green one has s similar problem to this one, but the left trigger on that controller is actually cracked in a weird spot. (I've been play hard on it for over a year).... so I'm somewhat confused. I'll probably open up this controller to see if there's any type of fix ... show more

The controller itself makes a great addition to my Halo collection. Unfortunately, the plastic stand that comes with it didn't survive assembly. It should have been simple and I understand that it was designed to be sturdy and the pieces were cut out so that they fit together snugly but these were so tight that one piece cracked and the other broke completely. I decided to keep it since I didn't want to risk returning it and it being sold out or being told it was my fault no matter how careful I was. 10 out of 10 review got mine & started playing Halo on the Master Chief collection on my Series X. Made me feel like a kid again the control handles great. Best part is the Xbox home button on the Duke that's a little LED screen. When you push it a 10 sec animation of Cortana & Master Chief from the original Halo plays followed bye the original Xbox logo. The only problem I have is when ever I push my Xbox home button on the Duke control itself. I tend to look down at my control & watch the animation rather then continue with what ever I was doing on the TV lol 😆 Great purchase you won't regret a must have for any Halo or Xbox user. ... show more
