These are the best discs for dogs. We originally saw them at a carnival show where this couple had rescued dogs and trained them to do tricks for a living (think Cesar Milan but carnival style). After the show we asked him about the discs and he told us they were "JAWZ" and that they were the only kind to get. Can't be chewed through, come in different sizes and colors, and did I mention they CAN'T be chewed through. Our dog loves to chew things up....not eat them...just rip them to shreds. Usually we're pretty good about bring stuff inside when she's in the backyard but if we ever do leave this out with her there's no need to worry. I can't tell you how many other discs she's destroyed. I will say if you use it a lot, as we do (we have an Aussie that needs a lot of activity) then after a few years you might need to get a new one because although it is nearly impossible to chew through it it does take bite marks (think self healing cutting mat) and after a while it can look beat up....but seriously YEARS down the road. I would also recommend getting at least two. You'll save a little money if you buy the twin pack (or triple pack) but trust me you're going to want a couple of these. ... show more

I didn't realize that I was buying the 7-inch "Pup Size" disc, but it still works great for my GSP! She has been so bummed since her original Jawz disc was lost (she ran off with it and dropped it somewhere in the woods) and loves the new one! I think I will still reorder the normal sized disc and keep this one as a backup, but it's a very solid dog toy! ... show more

My dog play catch everyday and this frisbee or any of the jawz brand disc are perfect. I now have at least 8 of these at my house. Super easy thrower and super easy to throw long distance but has the perfect amount of flight time to allow a dog to get there or stay with it. I have yet to have my discs get damaged by bites and many a dog at a dog park has run away with it so it’s not just my dog being gentle. I highly recommend this brand. Please note I’m writing this on the disc for their puppy but this is also just in general all these disc out perfect and you can’t go wrong. ... show more

Well after 1 hour of play, had cracked the sides. Day 2, chunks missing. We only play fetch with this for a maybe an hour a day and take it away in the other time had high hopes but still just a rubber frisbee

Our puppies love this frisbee and it's a great way to get them to run. We love how well the lemon-lime shows up against the lawn. It's so bright and easy to see. And at dusk, it almost glows and shows up even better. We were afraid this would get lost in the grass, but no way. We haven't tried it after full dark, but we're assuming from the brightness that it would show up well with a flashlight. ... show more

It may be very durable but if it falls to the ground like a rock what good is it? No hang time. The small "Pup" size should be lighter and softer.
