This is an adorable little mini bike. Well made too. It comes “mostly” assembled, meaning you’ll have to do a little bit of work. It isn’t hard, but it is very easy to misunderstand the instructions, so make sure you pay attention to them. It also helps to have your own toolkit as the ones featured with the bike are your standard RTA wrenches. Better tools always make things easier. As far as performance, it’s what we expected it to be. It has a good bit of weight to it, so you won’t be picking it up and neither will your kid. It has the feel of a real motor bike and the look of one too. I got the orange and it’s sleek. The tires are thick and rugged (good thing, because we’re in the woods). The control panel is simple enough that my 8 year old niece got the hang of things pretty quickly. If you’re getting it for a child closer to the younger end of the age range, you don’t have to worry. It doesn’t go very fast at all. It’s fast enough to be enjoyable to ride for a kid, but not nearly so fast you’d be concerned for their safety. I agree with others that it indeed charges quickly and the battery lasts for as long as my niece cares to ride it. In short, I’ve never seen it die within a day’s time of her riding it on and off. The only thing I’m not thrilled about is that the battery isn’t replaceable. Batteries in things like this never last too long and it’s a shame because this bike seems to be made so well on the outside. It would suck to have to chuck it just because the battery’s no longer any good. Just my one complaint. Otherwise, I’m happy with it because the kid is happy with it. A+ for now. You can and should believe all the hype about this e-bike. It is amazing. This is my first kid's e-bike, but not the first one I've gotten and assembled. It has been one of the easiest. The instructions could be better, but they were not that bad and easy to follow. The included wrenches did not fit all bolts, so you might need to get one during assembly. But seriously, it was about 10 minutes of work and was good to go; it even came with a bit of charge in the battery. It looks just stunning. I am almost ashamed to give it to our little one. He is not going to keep it looking as nice as it comes. The historic style is fantastic and unique. Many kids in our neighborhood ride on motorcycles type e-bikes like this, but none have ever been this style. Your kid will stand out on it. Our kid loves the compartment on the "gas tank," which might be his favorite feature. The battery charged quickly. The bike is super quiet, it's hard to tell when it is even on. It is easy to ride. The thick wheels help with stability and are a fantastic element to the style. The speed options are great and will entice use as our son ages. There is no front brake, which is also why assembly was easier, and it looks like the back brake is electric, not disc. There does not seem to be a way to access the battery. The instructions say it is not replaceable, and I think that is a good safety measure for kids not to be able to get to it easily. I see a few of the issues in it. The controls could be more straightforward as it has been hard for our son to get them down. As much as I try to tighten them, the handlebars occasionally shift. This is probably more my fault than anything because I am worried about tightening too much and stripping the bolt. You cannot do much to adjust the seat height or anything other than straighten the handlebars. Other than those, which I admit are all minor, this e-bike is worth it, especially if you have younger kids or grandkids and can get years of use. I have no doubt it will last. ... show more

This electric motorbike is perfect for little kids and it has a cute little retro look to it and sturdy construction. While it comes "mostly" assembled, assembling the handlebars and the tire can be a bit challenging, since the instructions aren’t very clear, especially for first-timers like myself. Having your own toolkit with better quality tools can make the process smoother also I wasn’t a fan of the tools they included for assembly. Charging the bike is straightforward; simply plug it in. It delivers a decent amount of power, but battery life varies depending on the rider's weight, speed, and throttle usage. If your little one enjoys repeatedly toggling the throttle, and riding it at full speed through the neighborhood, expect the battery to drain faster. Thankfully, it charges relatively quickly, so he was able to get back on it and do it again. My nephew absolutely loves this bike, finding it super fun. But please keep safety in mind, even though its maximum speed is 10 miles per hour, falling off at that speed can cause injury. I always insist the kids wear helmets when riding. On the practical side, the bike has a handy kickstand just like a regular bike for when your ready to park it. It's a bit on the heavier side but it’s very sturdy and just has the look and feel overall of a real motorbike. ... show more
