When it came it was so THIN. Like I thought they’d just sent me a comforter, thin. I legit was like ok maybe it was a mistake? But we pulled it completely out and laid it flat over our couch for a few days and we’re pleasantly surprised at how plump and plush it got! It was still very thin though, no way this would change our hard springy mattress? ( we need it firm but comfortable firm you know? ) however….wow! We’ve only used it for a few nights and love it. I love that it was thin enough that it could still fit under our standard waterproof mattress cover and king sized sheets so we didn’t have to buy all new bed linens. It does make the bed MUCH HOTTER but we just switched back to summer comforters despite It being winter, no big deal! We are hot sleepers so we also put on a fan at night and it’s perfect! I’m really glad I took a chance because it was a great deal and you sometimes get more than what you pay for. Our mattress is pretty new and the proper firmness it just wasn’t comfortable if that makes sense? This did make it softer but without losing the support we so desperately needed. It was extremely simple to use and install and made our backs and everything else much more comfortable when we wake up! I sleep much better than I did before. Thank you for an awesome product! Btw I wasn’t compensated or anything. I usually only leave reviews when things are really bad but this one was so good I had to say something!

Well, first of all, it’s definitely not as fluffy as the photos. I even read the reviews and took the advice to leave it out and let it fluff up for a few days before putting it on the bed-even throwing it in the dryer a few times to help. With that being said, it’s still comfortable and I definitely felt the difference. We got a memory foam mattress a few months back and it’s just a little too stiff for me to be able to sleep on my back. But with this pad on, I slept on my back just fine. So given the relatively low price, it’s worth but just don’t expect some sort of miracle

It definitely does not look like the photo and does absolutely nothing to help my back. Also is not cooling; I'm just as warm at night. After just a few months, I'm needing a foam mattress topper or new mattress. A huge disappointment.

First of all I thought I was purchasing a 2 in thick fluffy topper to help relieve my severe back pain, when the box arrived I was surprised at how small it was but I remember the reviews saying it arrives vacuum sealed so it's really flat upon arrival and you need to unpack and let it out to let it fluff up, well I did that and several hours later it was THICKER but not the plush fluffy topper advertised so I followed others advice and fluffed in the dryer for 30 minutes, improvements but still nowhere near the 2 inches thick advertised so I leyed it across the guest bed for the night and prayed for a miracle and the following morning I was still completely disappointed but I thought I can't judge a mattress topper by its cover, maybe it'll be amazing or at least worth the price once I sleep on it so I put it on my bed and tried to keep a positive attitude and an open mind and that night went to bed, I noticed very little if any difference at all, our mattress is not that old and is comfortable but after back surgery last year and having a spinal cord stimulator placed in my back I need something thick and cushy and pillowy to be able to be comfortable and I really hoped this would be the cloud I need for sleep unfortunately it is not anything near that it's not even a half inch thick at the thickest part and I'm sure it's going to be flay as a cheet within a couple weeks I don't know if I just gotta dud or if it just was vacuum sealed so long it's permanently flat but it's definitely NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO ADVERTISED it's no thicker than a dollar store blanket I'm assuming I just got a bad one since moat reviews are positive but I should have returned it immediately because I'm not going to return it since we slept on it and I don't wanna spend another 50 something bucks to find out if I just got a bad one the first time but based on my experience I'd give this negative stars if I could complete waste of money unfortunately
