The tree is definitely hinged and the tree itself is easy to put together however the stand that is provided is too small for the base of the tree! It barely fits in there and therefore the tree is unstable and leans. The lights that come with this tree are extremely cheap and the connections are horrible. Other than that, the tree stands out beautifully and the tips on each individual branch are shaped perfectly. From a distance, it looks like a real tree. The branches are sturdy and the hinges are very well-made

We received the tree and immediately assembled it and turned on the lights. It is lovely. However, the base branches had some lights that did not work and they went on and off repeatedly while the other branches were steady. We contacted the company and they immediately sent us the bottom branches again. We received the new branches and they worked perfectly. We are so happy with our new tree, and thankful for the company's timely response.

I was a little nervous ordering my Christmas tree online. Something I like to purchase at a store so I can see it in person. It was packaged well and fairly easy to put together. Once assembled and fluffed it turned out looking very nice. I really like all the light options and being able to switch from white to colored lights. It gives me the option to change decorations or themes. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This was my first year buying a artificial tree. I was very nervous buying one. As I am used to the real trees. This tree exceeded my expectations. It was super full!! Easy to put together. Easy to take apart and store. And I love all the different light settings. As my husband likes white, I like colorful. And this tree gives you so many options.

My tree arrived early and when I set it up a month later, the lights came on, but did not switch to the other light options. I texted their help people and after sending a video of the problem, was informed they would send me a new switch. It arrived about 10 days after the request and works like a charm!

This was the only tree this size we could find for our low ceiling basement. The tree is fine, but the light distribution is off. It’s like they divided the number of lights per section and so the upper part has more lights on than it should. For our purpose, it worked. If this was our main tree, I would have returned it for this reason though.
