Absolutely love this couch. It is definitely worth your money! It is comfortable and soft. I wish the L parts were longer but that’s just a preference of mine. I have two dogs that shed a lot and i used my vacuum to vacuum off the dog hair and it came off super easy. The storage space is deep and the USB ports work. It was pretty easy to assemble and comes in 4 separate boxes. The size is perfect for an apartment and the color looks just like the phot and what I expected! It is very sturdy and easily movable. The couch is short, another preference but can also replace the legs if wanting too. The product came quicker than expected delivery. Shipper was quick and had great communication. Only problem I had was with fedex itself. Reference for person laying on couch, we are about 5’5. ... show more

I love my l sectional. It's so nice, comfortable, very easy to put together. Although I did have an issue with the FedEx delivery driver (Robert) whom never delivered my last piece...I had to schedule a pickup at the FedEx facility. Once I put it together i notice the back piece was bent ,I could probably fix it myself for my future order large I will be picking it up instead of having it ride on a truck to risk my package being damaged but overall I am pleased with my new furniture thank you Amazon!!!🤗 ... show more

Fabric is very soft, and the frame send sturdy though. Cushions have a firm foam base, with a soft pillow top, and feel very nice. Not too soft, not too firm. The measurements are definitely off though. We were going to get the 145" version, but didn't think it would fit, so we went with the 124". The actual length is 118" so take that into consideration if you're looking at one of these. We probably could have gotten the larger one. All said and done though, we're happy with the purchase. It's only the first night, but it's pretty nice for the money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It came faster than the expected date , within 3-4 days from ordering. Did come in 4 separate boxes . Overall i love! The assembly was okay , received instructions but the cushions and what not were not numbered or anything so it was a guessing game.. when it came together it is so cute & comfortable, me & my girls love it !! ... show more

Product was damaged and is a piece of junk. Buy at your own risk or better yet don't buy and then there is no risk. If you want to return the product because of damage, you first must submit a photo of the damage and then wait for a new part to be shipped. If you just don't like the cheap quality, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Any other reason for a return will cost you a 45% restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and skip the aggravation and go to a furniture store and buy a cheap sofa. ... show more
