This is my second blanket for another area as the first has held up great after several months and even washed fine a couple of times (all the stains it accumulated came out easily during washing). Way easier to just have this and throw it in the washer when needed than even dealing with removable covers. Although as mentioned I haven't had to wash my previous one much as liquids initially bead up, and even if they get worked in you can pull the liquid back out pretty easily with a paper towel before it dries. In practice, the small amount of filling this has on one side hasn't been a problem since I'm not dealing with large amounts of liquid to worry about more of it soaking in before it gets to the TPU layer. The TPU (fully waterproof) layer seems to have ended up as more as a backup level of protection as smaller stains seem to be stopped by not even getting past the top layer and just drying on top if I don't get to it first. Also the outer layers of fabric are pretty insusceptible to fur accumulation, although that isn't the primary reason I'm using these.

Recently I have been fostering an older dog for an ill friend. The dog is as active and spry as a puppy running around with my 2 German Shepherds but has developed a leakage problem. Consequently I have had need of protective waterproof pads to protect my furniture and carpets. Having dogs all my life I am used to dealing with this as they age and in the past used various sizes of hospital bed pads. While absorbent they were bulky and stiff. I had some doubts that this newer thinner double sided pad would be as effective but my doubts were erased quickly. These pads are lighter, easier to handle and drape better yet are every bit as absorbent, waterproof, quicker drying and easier to launder. Available in different sizes I found this 52 x 82 perfect for covering a larger area. Recommended

I think good idea but could be better execution. It is thin and not really keeps the water away, I find it gets wet on both sides. I wish it was little bigger when I put it on the couch it does not want to stay it slips down maybe if it was a little heavier material it would but the way it is not staying especially when my puppy gets on it only matter of few minutes. Overall a think blanket with very nice colors and not fading when you wash it.

I got this to lay across the top of my bed to keep my blanket clean. I have a cat that loves to lay on my bed on top of where my pillows are. I go through a bunch of lint roller sheets every night cleaning up the cat hair. So I hoped this would be a big help. I like how thin the product is as it makes it easy to move and fold up. The only down fall is, the cat hair don't come off as easy as I had hoped. It's advertised as hair resistant so I thought the hair would come off easier. Overall it's a decent product.

I got this blanket to throw on things like furniture and my bed, so that my dog has an area of her own she can lay on. This works perfectly for that. She immediately took to the blanket and understood it was 'hers' now. The blanket is nice and big, and it feels very soft. It has some decent thickness to it without it being overly heavy or hot. I don't really have to worry about my dog making a mess or accident in the house, but the blanket being waterproof takes any worries I would have if something did happen. I like the double sided colors, I got the green and blue one, and really like how it looks. The blanket is easy to wash, and fits easily in a standard washing machine. My dog already loves it, and I love having something that hair doesn't cling to like crazy that I can take with me so my dog can have her own spot next to me wherever I go!
