I wanted so badly for this to work for me. It is a nice product but it does get stuck, too often for me. I have a vinyl pool, and as one reviewer stated, if there are any wrinkles, it will get stuck. My pool is 18x36 in ground and it would also get stuck on one particular side. I gave it four stars because I believe it would be fine in a perfectly flat bottom smaller pool. ... show more

Really wanted to love this pool vacuum. The cleaning power was great. The ease of use perfect. The ability to walk across an uneven pool surface and cover the entire bottom of the pool not great. Consistently covered 1/4 of the pool. Could not navigate around the dual center drains and did not have the power to walk up what must be a slight slope at the edge near my skimmer/pump return. Did clear a lot of maple pollen / small debris from the bottom of pool. Not sure if it could handle leaves. 24' round pool. Returned and purchased a wall climbing version that can handle a slope - amazing the difference in floor coverage of the vacuum. ... show more

Does a great job getting debris and even sand off the bottom of the pool. Easy to clean. Note: plug is on bottom, will damage plug if not charged upside down. ( had to get replaced because cord got damaged) but overall, after a couple months I am still loving it. Worth the price for self cleaning pool vacuum. I recommend! ... show more

This will pick up anything bigger than fine sand. It does not pick up dust and blows it out it’s exhaust. This might be ok because it allows the regular pool filter to clear the dust out. It does not map out the pool like a roomba, but just randomly goes back and forth and gets most of the pool by the time it is done. I have a deep end of the pool and I was worried it would get stuck there but it managed to get all over. One area that it does not do well is corners. Cleaning is easy however the lock handles are sometimes difficult to open. Also fitting the filter back into the channels can be challenging. Charging was a little tricky in that the charger will turn green before it’s fully charged up, I think because it gets too hot and stops charging, after it cools down it will continue charging. I am on my second robot vacuum of this brand and they do not seem to last more than 2 months. I get that $200 is cheap for a robot vac but I expected it to last a little longer... It works great at first but I kept having issues where the charged would burn out (I cannot seem to find where to buy just the charger anywhere). I was a lot more careful with my second one since you do have to make sure it is completely dry before charging. I would let it sit for hours before plugging in and the charger is still burning up/doesnt charge if its sitting a certain way etc. Needless to say I am on my 3rd robot vac but I am trying a different brand this time. ... show more
