The instructions could be a whole lot better. O rings came with it - the only place I could find to put them were on the outside of the smaller diameter pipes. I don’t understand the purpose of those. The placement of the stoppers should be a whole lot better. I had to disassemble the unit because I made a mistake & water wasn’t flowing to the 2 bottom levels. The problem with disasseling (no easy task) was exactly what I thought would happen. A leak. It’s a very slow leak but manageable. And I can not get water to flow through the front pipe on the top level. Everything is where it’s supposed to be & everything is 100% level. ... show more

Pros: it’s easy to set up. Pay attention to tubes, and water stoppers. Four tubes on bottom are 10.2 rest are 12.2 ‘’ long. I would advice to place every thing on a table, and go one side at the time. Also, mark tubes with water stoppers, it’s important. Follow the drawing, set up is easy. If you make mistake: do not stress, use rubber hammer to kick piece out. Be careful with hummer, head is not very secure and might come off. Use tape on bottom rollers. Pipes fit tightly no water leaks. The whole set up took less than an hour. Cons: not really any as I know what I am dealing with, because of my previous purchase. So it’s not really cons, but little suggestions and heads up. I wish bottom pipes would be same size as every thing else. It would give me more storage space. Pipes have one inch diameter, but outer rim is smaller than one inchers in Homedepo, so make sure not to brake any. Depending on set up, be ready to buy an external hose to drain water. I wish pipes would be same standard as American ones. It would allow me to hack the system by making it longer. Or to place additional poles on top. If pipe is dry or little water, adjust wheal height. I am very satisfied with this product. ... show more

Excited. Assembled today. I misted a little water with small amount of soap into each joint before using the mallet. It went together very well, and I believe if I need to get it apart in the future I can. I have it in an air conditioned location where a little bit of leaking is acceptable. I have experience with similar hydroponic methods. I certainly will post updates in the coming months. ... show more

Easy to use. Had a problem with first order and it was after the return period. Contacted seller and no questions asked, they replaced the item quickly. Will use company again!

    • I do NOT recommend this product.
The parts are not standard PVC and these do not go together easily like PVC. If you are able to get two pieces together and discover it is not perfectly lined up you will have an even harder time getting them apart, if at all. The water pump that came in it doesn't work either. And the rubber mallet they give you to beat the pieces together is in two pieces so it flies off the handle with every hammer. I contacted the company about returning it and they just issued a refund, even they didn't want the item back. I would never recommend this product to anyone who I liked or ever wanted to see again. It was nothing but frustration and I am not one to get frustrated assembling things, I do it all the time myself. ... show more

I decided to try hydroponics,and dove right in with this. Assembled easily and had everthing i expected as advertised. It even handles my 4 year old thinking hes king Kong! ( not recomended at all) The customer service has been amazing as well!

    • Don’t buy! Not worth the money!
This is an incredibly unstable design, good luck getting pieces to assemble and line up straight. Also, the joints leak. There’s no way to set the pitch of the pipes for water flow, and there’s no way to clean this without disassembling. Bad design, not worth the money.
