They came looking exactly like the picture. The biggest problem for me was the calf was huge. I couldn't get any if my jeans over it, even bootcut. Other than that it was a pretty good shoe, but for that reason I did return it. Would add, one of the other reviews said the leather was scuffed up, but mine wasn't at all. Great quality! DEFINITELY would reccomend. My feet never feet the same as most in any type of shoe. I got these and they fit wonderfully until I wear them longer than an hour because of my very high arches and the wide ball of my feet. But definitely recommend.

I ordered a size 8 (my normal foot size) and the boots were way too big. I returned the first pair and ordered 7 1/2, but the fit was still a bit loose (my heel slipped up inside the boot when I walked in them). I finally decided to order a size 7, and sure enough, the boot was too small! I was really hoping these boots would fit. They are very stylish and constructed beautifully.
