Packed very well protected. Great value. Insoles are a good quality, but thin and flat-footed. I inserted a pair of good structured arched insoles meant for runners. I wear a 7.5 in shoes and size 39 were the smallest they had, so I got them. I definitely could use a smaller size, even with thicker socks on. I want to keep them and return them, so I'm conflicted.
