I bought this 10 months ago. Used it for approximately 4 months and then stored it. Just saw it again and decided to use it. It has an error code. Called support and they want it sent in and they will charge us to fix our $350 fan. I will buy inexpensive ones that actually work. I deal with the annoyance of their vacuums but will never buy any Dyson again. ... show more

This is my sixth Dyson fan I’ve always loved having them in my office, so I decided to get one for my bedroom. This was my first time buying refurbished, and I didn’t expect it to arrive in blue. I would’ve preferred a different color and definitely would’ve liked to know beforehand that it was blue. It just doesn’t look great in the room. The first unit they sent was broken, but I did get a replacement about a week later. The replacement works, but it’s the only Dyson fan I own that won’t connect to the app, so I can’t use the Wi-Fi controls. It still works with the remote, though. Overall, it’s still a very good price for a Dyson fan, but the color surprise and the connectivity issues made the experience less than ideal. ... show more

    • Not reliable - stay away
I purchased a refurbished heater, used it 1 season, maybe 6 times, and when I pulled it out this year, it would not turn on. Was told I had to take it to a service center 90 miles away. And it was out of warranty as they only warrant for 6 months. Stay away from this machine.
