This has been a lifesaver saver during my pregnancy. I hate water and this with crushed ice tastes like a sonic blueberry lemonade slush. For the quantity it’s very affordable. It dissolves easy, tastes great, easy to use, helps me feel better throughout the day, and very effective.

Overall I would recommend this product! Only thing I’m not a fan of is it occasionally has that “fake sugar” taste and some of the powder doesn’t fully dissolve. If you use cold water and mix really well, it tastes better and dissolves better. I got the blue raspberry lemonade flavor and I like it! It’s good for working out, pregnancy when it’s really how out, or to make sure your body gets enough hydration while nursing. Good quality and value.

The taste has a metal taste to it. It doesn’t taste like strawberry kiwi at all. I read another person got a headache with drinking this and I have one as well. It’s my first packet to try it out. I think I’ll just stick with liquid IV which is unfortunate. Really wanted to be able to support a brand for moms.

The taste is just “ok”. I can taste the salt but it wasn’t strong (much less than other companies). The actual flavor is odd and seems less water = more flavor. I did feel better after drinking in terms of hydration.
