It’s a little expensive for water packets but they work so good, I have an oversupply so I pump and feed my son so I was always feeling thirsty so I drink two of these a week for an extra boost, it helps so much and makes me produce even more milk, I will feel so full in the morning and then pump 10-13oz after feeding my son. I've tried both green apple and blue raspberry lemonade. They are yummy , hydrating, and flavorful without a ton of sugar and dye free. Price isn't too bad and I get more water in me as a exclusively breastfeeding mom. I'd recommend to other. I've ordered 4 times now and will continue to do so.

Blue raspberry lemonade, slightly tart but sweet and tastes good! I’ve been drinking this everyday for almost two weeks, I am 25 weeks pregnant with hypothyroidism so naturally very tired, this has definitly given me more energy, I would say being consistent with it though and drinking it every day helps more than just as an instant energy boost. I’ve noticed my smart watch shows I’m burning way more calories in the last week, I’m not for sure if it’s because of this but I’m burning easily more than I did pre pregnancy and that’s a big difference! Beware though if you have a toddler she will want it! It taste that good 😊

Big fan of the blue flavor, a little on the sour side but not anything to make you pucker your face up. The strawberry one isn’t my cup of tea. The drink is way better when it’s cold.
