This stuff tastes amazing! I find myself drinking it for the taste alone, and am able to mix supplements into it without being able to taste the supplements. Hoping to see an increase in my breastmilk supply after I’ve been using it for a little while longer.

I love the blue raspberry but the apple is HORRIBLE. My gosh. It made me nauseous, that’s how bad. They also just don’t dissolve very well unfortunately and I wish they had a sugar free version! It is helpful for breast feeding and milk production
