Do not buy this item!!! I bought in March. Computer screen stopped working after 6 treatments...just a blank screen now! The 1 year warranty is a lie! Both the seller and Amazon will leave high & dry!!! Not only that but don't buy the Asurion warranty unless you plan to use this device on yourself only...not sure who would buy it for that purpose only. All parties should be ashamed for the lack of transparency and pathetic customer service. I've been jumping through their hoops for over 2 weeks now. The seller doesn't respond and Amazon has been useless. I was told to refer back to the user manual for assistance...Gee, I wish I'd thought of that....duh!!!!

There is a short in the electrical plug. The vacuum does NOT work properly. The items advertised are NOT the items that came with the machine. Some parts are clearly missing For example, the scrubber is NOT the item advertised, it is a scrubber from the 90s. The seller provides a few tips, no solutions, not even a starter set, and many of he pieces are missing. The RF is from the 90s too. I have better devices on my 8 in 1 that I purchased five years ago... Hydra facial tips were NOT provided.
