A bit challenging to put together but once it’s done this is a workhorse. It is very heavy but moves smoothly and easily on flat surfaces. It takes quite a few pumps to raise the load but it does a great job and saves your back! One tip…the button to lower the load is under the small bar on the lower back. Once you have a load pumped up on the machine and want to lower it, just keep your foot on the small bar and it will lower it down slowly.

Bought this so I can load appliances in my truck on my own and it works great. Installation sucked though. Like other reviewers noted, a couple hardware parts were missing but they were the type of pieces that I was able to find in my box of miscellaneous screws. There is an entire page missing from the instruction booklet on connecting the chains to the hydraulic jack. The manufacturer's customer support was able to solve the mystery for me and now I'm very pleased I made this purchase.

Good concept but shipping and delivery are atrocious. Missing hardware, damaged box, etc. If you are comfortable going to hardware store and matching nuts and bolts, you will eventually be rewarded.

Junk - box arrived damaged with missing hardware. We replaced the hardware and the lift didn’t operate as advertised. It also bent under a load that was less than 400lbs. Avoid this one and spend more for better quality.
