So far this mattress is amazing. Take it out of the box and give it some time to fluff up, it is super easy to assemble, but be warned, it's quite heavy. As far as comfort, the mattress has some firmness to it but its still soft enough that your body melts into it a little,. The mattress also does a great job isolating movement. I do not feel any movement if someone is getting on or off the mattress, which is great as aI am a light sleeper. Overall, great purchase at a good price, especially being a 12 inch mattress.

I was not happy with this mattress’s firmness at all! It says firm, but to me it’s more like a medium. I need extra firm so I am not happy at all! The mattress came quickly and is made of quality material. The company contacted me about my review and offered me a refund. They were very polite, friendly, & negotiable. I still took away 1 star because of my dissatisfaction. Perhaps they could change their listing to “medium firmness” to avoid future disappointments.

So comfy and supportive. Well made and durable. It’s a solid bed that is comparable to the more expensive beds. It sets up fast. Slept on it same night. No odors or issues. Use common sense setting it up of course but you will be so happy with this bed.
