EXCELLENT quality - worth the money!!
First, let me apologize / explain the large patch sign on it/ explain - my parents live in a memory care home. I got this to help my dad's posture when sitting in the couch. (It matches PERFECTLY, by the way. ) My mom has dementia and constantly moves it when he's not sitting there. It's big & heavy, so difficult for him to move and reposition it back in the couch. I ironed on this note before I thought to take a review picture. Anyway.... with that said, the arms of this pillow don't naturally sit this straight forward, but that's how I've manipulated it to help my dad sit upright without leaning so far to one side. It was just as pictured. The double-sided Aspen model is awesome. This pillow holds it's shape so well and provides excellent support, and it's tall enough that you can comfortably lean your back and head against it. I'm using the suede leather side, which matches their couch so well. The reverse side is a nice soft plush fabric, which I imagine would also be quite comfy. I'm super happy with this purchase and so glad I went with this seller.

Not XXL
I previously gave a 1 star because my Saddle Brown pillow arrived and was not XXL when I measured.. I had purchased the Chocolate color as well which measures 31", but the Saddle Brown is 23" that's including the neck roll. After returning it the Seller contacted me. I placed a new order which i received today. The Seller expedited my order so i received it in 3 days. They sent screenshots of the package showing the size (24 x 16) prior to shipping. I'm happy with the Customer Service I received to try and make things right; however the item still doesn't measure the size its supposed to be for the XXL. I measured the cover by itself as well as with the stuffing. I think it's just this way for this particular color. Also pls be advised the Saddle Brown is not Brown like the picture. Its more Tan, but will work with my decor. I like the pillow so I'm going to keep it, but don't feel it's worth $109 just because it has a reversible cover. I only plan to use it on the Plush side not the Micro Suede side.

Nothing better than the cheap ones out there.
It's been a month so mine is expanded as it's going to be it looks nowhere near as full and firm as the images on the product page. I got on their website to order replacement fill and it's been over a month with nothing. Buyer beware, I missed my return window now I'm just disappointed

Quality Pillow
Well made and supportive. Both sides of the reversible Aspen cover durable and as described or pictured in color and design. Recommended purchase.

Heavy and ripped after 1 week😤
Not soft, supportive or made well. It is extremely heavy. The handle ripped after just 1 week. It's in my car going to thrift store. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Handle broke immediately!
This comes compressed in plastic. The instructions say to take it out and "shake it" to help it start decompressing. I did so, and the handle immediately broke loose. It's mended now, but I thought that was pretty bad. It's much bigger than it looks and much bigger than a comparable item I recently spotted at Walmart. If you are reading in bed and your hubby is trying to sleep next to you, it will be uncomfortable for them. It's too big if you are a person who was hoping to support your back while stretching out your legs on the couch - it doesn't fit on the couch. Other than that, the micro-suede looks and feels nice.
