I didn’t want to spend more than $50 on a gaming and reading pillow, but I’m really glad I did. The extra $ is well worth it for something I use literally every day. This pillow is comfy and the fill level is perfect. I tossed in the dryer on tumble no heat for about 20 minutes and it’s perfect. It was easy to get the pillow into the case. When I’m sitting up against a wall, I can adjust the head pillow to where it provides comfy support. On couches, I tend to prop a throw pillow behind the head pillow to push out it out a bit and it’s perfect. It’s also surprisingly comfortable for sitting on the floor when you put it up against something like an ottoman or a wall. The head pillow case is the only iffy bit. The loops on the buttonhole rely on flimsy stitching that came loose within the first week, but no big deal. I was able to sort of twist it around to where it stays attached and actually seems to hold better than the original design. I had some thoughts on the light gray cover color initially. It is almost silver. I chose it because my husky mix is a hair fountain and I hoped her hair—which is everywhere no matter how much I vacuum—would sort of blend in and not be overly visible, but pet hair doesn’t really seem to stick to it. She is also still scared of the slightly floppy head pillow, and my other less sheddy and cautious dog doesn’t seem interested, so I don’t have to share. I still may order another color of cover to switch it up once in a while, but I actually like the light gray. All around a great pillow. The reviews that remark on how large and (slightly) heavy the XXL is aren’t wrong, but I’m pleasantly surprised by its manueverability. I can easily carry this pillow between rooms for playing Switch docked on the big screen or handheld in bed. Also comfy for phone, tablet, and watching shows/movies. Five stars. I had rotator cuff surgery and needed something to lean against while I read in bed. Normally I read on my stomach but I am not able to do that anymore because of the rotator cuff surgery. I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the pillow that attaches to the top, it kind of gets in the way, but I don’t attach it and put it below my elbow as extra support from my shoulder. I ordered some of the free extra padding and it came very quickly. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it for anybody who likes to read in bed. ... show more

I received it yesterday I opened it and it inflated very quickly so I was able to use right away and so far so good. It is as described in description. What I do like is that it prevents my body from sliding down as does my double stack of conventional pillows. It is very firm, the XXL is the perfect height for me and I am 5’4&1/2. It covers the top of my head. I use the neck pillow under my legs so far. The quality is excellent, I love the dark gray cover. OK, let me immediately say this, this item is not a beanie bag type, soft & plushy item. It is big, bulky, and provides FIRM support. I was initially concerned about it transforming into a real pillow, when I saw its' shipped, compressed size. The stuffing material was initially hard, but it mellowed out, as the memory foam filled out, turning into a firm, but not hard, pillow. I let my pillow gas out, and shape out, for 48 hours. Yes, it is large, but after all, look at the name of the pillow! It was MADE to hold a guy, and it does that well. If you want to sit up, doing anything, it will do the job for you. If you are looking for a pillow to provide soft/plushy backing, this pillow is not for you. You will not 'sink into' this pillow, it will fully support you, but will take up some space to do so. For a guy, or a lady, this pillow 'has your back'. By the way, to protect the material, and keep it clean, I have done with it, as I have done with my recling chair, I just put a bath towel over the pillow. I am not looking to be 'fashionable' with my pillow, so I an not concerned about custom designed covers, or expensive covers. I just need it to be functional. I can throw a bath towel into the washing machine and now worry about it, as often as I like! ... show more
