My machine broke, is stocked, and Hurom CS has not sent me a replacement yet: Like: quietness, pure juice extraction, tasty almond milk, all if able to get it through. My dislike is more of the constructive complaint that the company should consider making some improvements to the entire machine. It could be of a great success if improved properly. Hurom Customer Service must be improve, first: attitude towards its customers in order to make them, us, happy to want to buy more of their manufactured products. The concept is great, the functionality is horrible. Then you can fixed the product functionality. Dislike: very difficult to open, disassemble and clean, gets locked up constantly, The juicer cap broke off where it pivots; the chute locks onto the body of the juicer, gets sealed almost hermetically and it took me hours to get it open, to the point I had to leave it into a basket of water with soap and vinegar for days and still struggle to get it off for cleaning until finally it opened up. This is a $600.00 plus taxes and shipment fees, presented in Amazon as a quality machine that is highly efficient and manufacturer offering 10 years warranty. I called the CS and these are the responses I have been getting so far up to last call: 1.) April 23, 2020: spoke to a CS agent who told me they will get the shipment sometimes in May 2020 due to the shipping problems with the corona virus. 2.) May 20, 2020: spoke to CS Jessica and she said "the parts for the machine will come in the shipment to NY sometimes next week, the final week of May and they will send me an email when they have received it. 3.) June 8, 2020: spoke to CS Erika, She said: I still haven't received the parts yet. She said to call back next week. 4.) June 9, 2020: Spoke to CS Jessica and said they still have not received the parts yet because parts come from Tailan and are expecting shipment next week. 5.) June 22, 2020: spoke to Jessica who told me she did not find my record and needed the receipt and without it she cannot process the order. She told me to call back tomorrow to speak to EriKa about the order because I did not place and paid for the order of the item needed. I did not want to expose a negative review in the amazon website so to give them the chance to fix the problem. If replacement is not provided, then I need to get a full refund. I am looking forward to your response via amazon since you cannot resolve the issue via phone calls. I saw the item in the company website but decided to buy via amazon due to amazon customer service guaranteed quality to its customers like its founder Jeff Bezos always says. ... show more

I do like this juicer. It makes perfect juice and almond milk every time. I also like that you can choose exactly how much pulp you want. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it tends to get clogged when ejecting the fiber from the unit, especially celery. And a lot of it gets clogged under the auger, which is why I believe it is designed the way it is actually, but it still is odd. I think another improvement would be to match the juice spout and slope the fiber chute downward so the fibrous material comes out easier. It's a pretty hefty price tag for a juicer as well, but I will say that I had to call the customer service line due to an ID10T error (me!) and the support was amazing!     • GREAT JUICER BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME ON YOUR HANDS

Great juicer but it is time-consuming --8 medium sized oranges makes only three small glasses (about 20 ounces) -- the time it takes to peel, cut and prepare the fruit for a crowd isn't worth it. Also made almond milk -- what a mess! First soak the raw almonds for hours, then very slowly feed the nuts and water into the chute. A pound of almonds makes about a liter of milk, which is fine (you'll need more than the 3 cups of water that is recommended), but the mouth of the chute is small -- and the feed must be done slowly, otherwise, the unit backs up. Disassembly and cleaning also takes time -- of course, needs to be done after every use. When I attempted to disassemble the unit after I made the almond milk, the top of the unit, i.e., the chute which locks onto the body of the juicer, was somehow sealed almost hermetically and it took a 20 minute struggle to get it off for cleaning. So, bottom line is that if you want to spend the time with lots of prep and clean up, this juicer is great. Definitely not as convenient as I'd expected. Will be returning the unit. ... show more

I love everything about this juicer. I love the fact that it’s quiet and not shaky. I love the fact that it comes with the appropriate cleaning tools but the mesh is very easy to clean anyway. I love the quality of juices and nut milks. I love that the Hurom website provides so many different tips and tricks and recipes. I love all the instructions that comes with it too. Definitely worth the investment and saves a lot of counterspace in comparison to other juices which can be pretty large ... show more

This Juicer is fantastic. We had a 10 year old Hurom and upgraded to this new model. Fantastic for Celery Juicing! Can make 32 Oz without cleaning, then go on to make a Kale, Spinach, Apple Carrot drink without pausing! Juice is delicious and absolutely no pulp. Worth every penny!
