As with almost everything these days, the directions are either ridiculous, have poor grammar or both. But the nice thing about this set was they also included a link to their youtube assembly video if needed. They also included a little rachet to aid in assembly so you wouldn't have to twist the obnoxious Allen wrench two million times. At any rate, once assembled as you can see with the pic I included, they look great and they really class-up the place. A previous buyer complained about the thickness of the cushions, but they are, IMHO perfect in thickness and comfort. The wicker feels like a very good quality and should last many years, ours are under our awning and free from direct sunlight and the other elements. We replaced our powder coated chairs you just sat in, but these, you can rock/glide and swivel in. So far (day two) we're really enjoying an excellent quality set of chairs. 5 Stars all day long for quality, sense of durability, easy to assemble and comfort.

These chairs came in 2 boxes from FedEx. First box came on Wednesday and the second came on Thursday, the seller sent me an email explaining this beforehand, so it was not a problem. Putting them together was a challenge by myself, the instructions were only helpful to show what hardware to use where and a general idea of the orientation of the separate parts. If you are handy with tools, you won't have any problems, if you aren't be prepared to cuss alot! It took me about an hour or so to assemble the first chair and around 30 minutes for the second. I had to undo and reset several sections twice on the 1st chair due lack of instructions. There is a learning curve! All in all I am happy with these chairs. They are very comfortable, since I am 6' 5" and weigh 265 lbs, that's saying something. The cushions are pretty nice, they come vacuum-sealed to conserve space during shipping so don't judge them until you take them out and allow them to go back into shape. These are glider chairs and not rockers like some have said. But they glide and pivot fairly smoothly. Now understand, these are not "top of the line" rattan chairs that you pay $1000 a piece at a patio furniture store, but for the price they seem to be good. I guess only time will tell if they last for awhile.

I have been looking for over a year for a set of chairs with high backs, and ottomans for my patio. Most I saw had low backs (I wanted to be able to rest my head back if need be). As an added bonus, I wanted the chairs to swivel, so I wouldn't have to move the ottoman out of the way to get in and out of the chair. This set is EXACTLY what I wanted, and at such a GREAT price. It actually arrived in 3 boxes 3 DAYS EARLIER than expected too! I already had a wicker coffee table (doesn't really match, but...) I'll use the table that comes with the set as a side table in the meantime. It took about 2 -2.5 hours for 2 of us to put it together. I had concerns about how the cushions attached to the ottomans, and it has a loop and hook system which works perfectly. Cushions are durable, yet soft and comfortable. Furniture is solid and sturdy. Love that the chairs swivel and glide. Such great quality for the price! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice patio set.

Items came in a very timely manner. The swivel rockers did not have instructions or hardware, but I notified the seller and they sent the instruction and hardware right out. I can understand how that could happen, but the seller made good on it in a very timely fashion. I am very pleased with the furniture. It was a little time consuming to put together, but I did it.

The chairs themselves seem to be pretty sturdy. The back cushion is thick enough but the seat cushion definitely could be thicker. We've had them about 5-6 weeks and the seat cushion flattens pretty quickly and becomes uncomfortable for sitting any length of time. I would have purchased another set but not with the performance of the seat cushions.
