These things feel SOLID. And at this price, they're very hard to pass up. Be aware that the weight rating for these arms is "only" 200 lbs per side, for a combined weight rating of 400 lbs. If these are legit 11ga steel as claimed, the weight rating should be around double what it is - just like virtually every competitor product on the market. One additional suggestion is to buy a set of chains to use woth these arms. It'll greatly improve the number of movements you can do, plus they're great for an added safety measure... look it up on YT.

Love everything about it. The cost, the quality, the functionality. This machine reignited my love for exercise. I've been using this storage plate holder for more than a month now and really no complain. I like the slanted design to keep the plates pushed in towards the rack tubing and the clip would help keep the weights in place as well. The paint was beginning to get scratched up but that is to be expected. I wished it was a little bit taller so that I could use them as dip station. But that is ok. So far this is the only storage plate holder that fits my Rack properly. I have the Sunny Health and Fitness Power Rack with High Capacity Weights and 360` Landmine Attachment 2.38"×2.38" tubing.

Overall great machine. I've been weightlifting for 20 years and have had a lot of time in the gym. I have always seen these machines cost over $1,000 so to be able to buy one for $400 is heck of a deal. Overall the machine is good. I did have one bad pulley that was smashed in shipping but I was able to replace it with another pulley I already had at home. I did not mount mine to a squat rack. I drilled holes and bolted the machine to a couple sheets of plywood and connected the top sections with a wooden beam and then mounted that to my basement ceiling. The only complaint I have is the rollers that glide the vertical post aren't perfectly symmetrical so as you pull the handles, it isn't as smoothe of a movement as commercial gym equipment. But it isn't bad and is good enough. I recommend the machine, especially if you will mount it to a squat rack. Also make sure you measure the height of the room you are putting this in. I ended up cutting the vertical posts down 5" and re-drilling the mounting holes so it would fit in my basement. I am a builder/engineer/machinist.

The safety straps force you to lift inside the cage if you are lifting solo. These can go on the outside and work better. Also can set at a low height to load deadlift bar before use
