  • Usage - Use for strength training and conditioning. Exercise with the plate only or slide on to barbells with a 2 diameter opening. Please use clamp collars to secure onto the bar. IMPORTANT - 10 lb and 15 lb plates are not designed to be used alone - 10 lb and 15 lb plates will bend.
  • Materials - Solid high density rubber. Stainless steel collars. Semi-gloss finish.
  • Whats Inside - 10 lb plates are sold in pairs. 15, 25, 35, 45, and 55 lb plates are sold in singles. All plates have weight signage in pounds and kilograms.
  • Product Specifications - Size ranges from 17.6 diameter (all sizes) x .75 thick (10 lb plate), 1.25 thick (15 lb), 1.6 thick (25 lb), 2.4 thick (35 lb), 2.8 thick (45 lb), & 3.1 thick (55 lb). All sizes feature a 2 collar opening for Olympic style barbells. A pair of each size has a total weight of 370 lbs.

IMPORTANT - 10 pounds plates are NOT designed to be used ALONE. To make all plates in same diameter, all standard 10 pounds plates are thin, so they will bend if you use them alone. This will damage your 10 pounds plates Overview: Bumper plates, or just bumpers, are Olympic-sized weight plates that are made of thick, dense rubber for the purpose of allowing a loaded bar to be safely dropped without risk of damaging your lifting platform, the plates themselves, or the floor. High Density rubber plates with solid stainless steel insert can withstand repeated drops. They will not only protect any type of floors, but also protect your bars. Got sent a 35lbs plate but it’s thicker than it is tall. Ordered a replacement so we’ll see if that happens again or not. Otherwise i love the 45lbs so far so i have high hopes for the right size when it gets here
