Rotary transits are crucial for the work I do, I have used Bosch and Johnson in the past which have been great for grading but I wanted to find one that worked all around. Having found this unit with a bright green laser and the features for this price was outstanding. The first unit i bought worked but the receiver was not picking up the laser. I reached out to their customer service department and despite the time zone differences being 12 hours apart they were out of this world. They found the problem with 30 second video and turns out the laser was not functioning properly. Their solution blew my mind. They immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent to me to replace the faulty equipment. When I got the information from them regarding the replacement I was shocked to see they sent a whole kit not just the defective part. The replacement arrived today and holy smokes the laser is insanely bright and easily visible. Accuracy is on point so far and I can't wait to get this bad boy into use. Great kit for the price, bright laser and outstanding customer support.

Great rotary level, especially for the price. I used it to level some water tank sand pads and some deep trenches. You can see the green laser on the grade stick during the day, but it has to be close by. But that’s what the detector is for. Good luck finding one that you can see at a distance during the day. Green laser or not. It’s way more visable at dusk and very visible in the dark. Very far too. I only wish the detector had a volume control on it, as it is very loud and It’d be nice to keep the constant beeping level at a lower volume. But, at least you can silence it. I love the fact it is rechargeable- lasts a long time, and the battery pack can be substituted for regular 9V batteries in case (nice case too btw) the pack does go dead. I also like the detector display on two sides- it definently comes in handy! Solid unit! Good buy overall.

I am a small contractor (1-3 people) and have needed a rotary level for awhile now. Water levels are o.k., but are slow and temperamental. Am used to big name brands and red lasers. In studying and searching reviews, I chose this level for its value, being impressed it came in kit. It showed up a day early, was impressed by that for sure. The package showed up undamaged and was had power in the rechargeable battery. I plugged it in and read through the 11 page directions. It seems pretty simple. It’s gonna get its chance on a remodel next week. I gave it a 4 Star review only because I haven’t had it long enough to run it through the paces. I can say that indoors, the laser shows up very well. Was also impressed with the overall quality of the components, They don’t feel chinsy at all.

Very useful. I bought it to start finishing my basement and makes it way easier than using a plumb bob. Very easy to use, is bright, and has a great battery life.

I have been using this for a simple grading project around my house, so far it seems to be working just as good as the high dollar brands, I have stretched it out to about 150', but haven't tested it further. The detector works good and the best part is it has a very loud beeper which is handy if on a loud construction site or working around machinery. It took a while to ship to the house, but for half the price of other units, it was worth it.
