  • Many aspects that need improvement
The monitor of the device freezes and does not work very often. The device had scratches on the screen.

  • Good monitor
This monitor has excellent night vison. The picture quality on the device is also of great quality, and I am able to rely on it to show all the different dynamics of the room easily. The battery life is average.

  • Overpriced and a headache you don't need with a newborn at home
The product worked from May until September. For the price tag the quality of the parent unit left alot to be desired. Touch screen was finicky and just did not feel like modern, quality technology. But for the brief time the system worked it was fine and a comfort to two new parents. One night the camera would not connect and the unit's pair button was unresponsive. The only internet resources for trouble shooting are hubble produced content and they would never show their product being faulty. My wife spent the next 4 weeks exchanging emails and live chats with hubble support who were polite and responsive but not people of action. A refurbished camera unit arrived exactly one month after contact. I was able to pair the second camera with the app but have yet to be able to pair the replacement camera with the parent unit because... the terrible touch screen does not work in the exact area you need to touch to add a new camera. So I am moving on. I now have a wonderful 4 month old. Time is better spent appreciating her and living life. I suspect hubble knows the market they sell to has better things to do than spend months on end exchanging emails to get a refurbished version of a 200 dollar baby monitor that is less than 4 months old. So they just wait you out. I hate reviews. This is my first and last. They are biased negative because rarely is something so great a person is compelled to leave a postivereview. So you end up with a list of bad luck customers or people angry with the world. This product however moved me to post. But I hope if you made this far you will save your money and purchase something else. Good luck parenting it is an amazing experience except for the small role hubble plays in the process if you buy their product. ... show more

  • A subpar product (1 star) with even worse customer service (negative stars).
Received as a gift. Product worked as intended for about four months. After, the monitor and the app no longer pick up the camera feed, and the camera won't reset into pairing mode. A bummer, but no sweat right? The camera is still under warranty so this should be easy! I reached out to their customer support in early September, then had to go through getting the gift receipt. They then told me the only way I could rectify the situation is through emailing their tech support. I'm on about email number 12 four weeks later with their tech support agent who either doesn't care or isn't reading the previous emails he sent (it's the same agent, or at least every email is being signed by the same person), Hasan S @ Binatone (support@motorolastore.com). 1) I was told I had to pay for shipping of the defective equipment myself. 2) The equipment they provide me with will likely be a refurbished piece. 3) I told them I want them to provide me a shipping label, since the product is still under warranty. I was instructed this is doable if I make a video showing them the steps of me resetting the monitor and camera. 4) Due to the length of time it has taken to even get this far, I'm insisting that they replace the monitor as well as the camera because I have no way of testing if the monitor is working without the camera. 5) I sent the video, and the agent responded by sending me the exact same email as he sent before, insisting only the camera should be sent and to pay for my own shipping. 6) I asked for steps required to be provided a refund and for a phone number by which to contact this department, which was summarily ignored. So now we're almost a full month without a baby monitor, and I seem to be right back where I started. Hard to say what I'm more disappointed with: the product or the service. ... show more

  • Too much money for terrible customer service
I received this as a baby shower gift this year. I got to use for about 3 months before the camera started going offline. I tried everything to repair, even with the instructions, still no luck. I reached out to the Hubble company for help via email and the lady kept repeating her responses when I told her I have already done she had suggested. I went a week without being able to use the monitor and see my baby. I asked for a replacement and no response on that was given. My husband and I shelled out more money for a new and completely different brand of baby monitor. The customer service through HUBBLE was TERRIBLE!!!! Waiting for 2 business days for a repetitive response is ridiculous!! I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OF BABY MONITOR!!!!!!!!!! ... show more
